Normal. Best way to survive a pregnancy with your sanity in place is to know when to step away from Google- Dr. Google is not your friend during pregnancy.

Your OB and lots of donuts (or whatever your food kryptonite is) are your BFF for the next 8 months or so.

soooo many horror stories on the internet... just try to focus on the positive (I know easier said than done).

Get a reputable book or two and one app that you really like and step away from all the other shit. It's going to be OK. Oh, and ask questions here if you need to.

This is what I've decided to do. The internet can be great, but there are a TON of misinformation and horror stories. This is my first, so I'm just going to step away from the internet and do research through good books.

Im 5 weeks first time mom and so scared the internet is scarey i feel the same way girl but i did ask a lot of ? On here and got a lot of good adivice to maby just pick up a book instead n only pick about one good pregnency app to ues and try to just relax worrying makes things wores but i really understand becaues i do the same thing

I'm 6 weeks and my first too! I've found myself riddled with anxiety every time I'm on google simply trying to find the best way to take care of my little love. You're certainly not the only one...I'm right there with you, worried to pieces!
