We hired an amazing photographer from the DC area to come and do our photos. She is doing this awesome documentary-style series called "my family at home," which focuses on relaxed shots in your environment. I just got mine back last night and am in love with them! They were taken when the girls were 12 days old.

I took the first one when C was one week old & quickly realized that trying to do a shoot of your own kid when recovering from childbirth is hard!! The others were done when C was 2 weeks old. He was a trooper!

So many beautiful babies!!! Be a complete mom and post an absurd amount of pictures of our ADORABLE babies we've all made? I'd love to join the fun! I haven't had time for official photos yet between the two kids(besides the hospital ones) but here's some of my favorites.
20 min old, 1 day old, 2 days/newborn shoot, 1 week old, seven weeks old, Cora on top/big sister Eleanor on bottom.

I took these of Noah at about 10 days. I also learned that getting on the floor to take newborn photos after a c-section was not a smart idea. I was hurting afterward!

We had the same friend who shot my bridals to do a 'lifestyle; photo shoot where she came to our house and shot us in our bedroom, backyard, his nursery, etc. We're still waiting on the CD but this was our sneak peak… LO is 4weeks
