I feel dumb but please someone answer me

If you get your period on estrogen pills (premarin), does that mean you ovulated? Or is it just the estrogen making you bleed? I might be just hoping here...

    So I'm still taking it for another few weeks but I most definitely have a period. So I don't think it's a withdrawal bleed. There's no iui or clomid or anything going on yet so idk. Im guessing it's a premarin induced period but idk if that means I might have O'ed
