I have tried lots of different things (including trying html codes to rotate and rotating them the wrong way on my phone before uploading) and never been successful with mobile uploads.

I always open the image up on my computer, rotate whatever direction and then rotate it back. I don't know why that fixes it, but it seems to for me.

WTF bump? In any thread it doesn't come up with the little boxes (text size, the boxes where I can insert a link or image) so no HDBD for me until it's fixed. I'm on chrome and I've tried safari too.

Mine usually work if I edit the pic first. Just a slight crop or whatever.
