    I really wish I could do cherries, but they seem to really aggravate my gastroparesis. And melons of all kinds give me wicked heartburn. I mostly stick to berries for my fruit fix. I do smoothies that are half frozen strawberries or mixed berries and half frozen spinach, with almond milk and protein powder. @ohioloveyou‌ A blend-in-the-cup system is so worth it!

    I also love string cheese, cottage cheese, pickled/brined vegetables, Outshine popsicles, almonds, cashews, and Quest bars. I bake for myself a lot with almond and coconut flours and vegetable protein powders.

  • Fresh (or frozen) fruit like strawberries, blackberries, raspberries...

    Oh and "Tasty Cakes" -- rice cakes with almond butter spread across and a drizzle of agave nectar.

    Me too! Been loving Greek yogurt have it for lunch almost every day and loving watermelon too!

  • Great topic!  Orange juice - I have definite cravings for this.  I have also been eating a lot of grapes, cherries, apples, and bananas.

    I am having a harder time with vegetables, carrots and cauliflower are good but other than that I have been neglecting them.

  • Cucumbers and tomatoes with salt. And peaches! I can't get enough of them, and they are so ripe/in season now! Also I've been making this lunch: a piece of Joseph's flatbread with garlic hummus, a slice of swiss cheese and spinach, pickles and a slice of tomato.

  • Fruit! I take a ton of it to work, I t fills me up and I am not tempted to eat crap. Also, cashews and other nuts. I am crazy for those.

  • Cherries and my can of mixed nuts. First I have to pick out all the Brazil nuts and pecans. Then I'll move to the almonds. Then finally what's leftover.
