FInal Update - Good Bye - PgAL brain making me crazy

My PgAL brain is going crazy and I just need to tell someone! I have been active throughout this pregnancy (running, etc.) and haven't had any issues. This weekend I ran a 5k (which my doc ok'd) and though I was tired, I felt great. A few hours afterwards, though, I started having a good amount of brown spotting and it hasn't stopped. I feel like my nausea has gone away, too, but I know that can come and go. I'm still completely exhausted, though, so it makes me think things are still a-ok. Anyway, I don't have a regular doctor's appointment for another week and I don't have another u/s until the 31st. I'd love to call and see if they can make sure everything is ok, but I feel like I will just get "if it's the worst situation, there's nothing we can do anyway, so just try to relax." Any tips to try to calm my crazy brain down?
Well the spotting turned to red so I have a call into my doc and waiting to hear back. They are on lunch hour until 1 so I won't know anything until then. Thanks for your advice, ladies.
UPDATE:
I got right in to my OB and they did an u/s - unfortunately there was no heart beat and baby stopped growing at 7w2d (I was supposed to be 8w6d). Thank you for the support ladies and I wish you all a H&H 9 months. I hope to see you on another BMB sometime.
