Am I the only one that still has the damn Linea negra?? Even IF my stomach was flat I would still look silly in a bikini. And don't get me started on my belly button....

I've still got mine, but I sported a 2 piece anyway. I'm more self conscious of the millions of bruises on my legs. Am I the only one with these? I think they might be from walking into things in MOTN.
I am always bruised. Freaking kids toys are right at shin height, and if I'm not running into them, I'm tripping over them.

I have bruises on top of my thighs.... don't know what they are from either... glad to hear I am not the only one experiencing this!

I finally figured out the one on the top of my thigh was from banging the car set into it when I walk, particularly when I carry it up the stairs and use my leg as a boost.
@mamahollywood27 - way to rock that bikini!! You look amazing. I had to dig out my maternity tankini after I realized my boobs didn't remotely fit in anything else I have without truly being indecent. :-(

I never got one, but it isn't uncommon for it take up to a year for them to go away for some people. FWIW, I don't think it would make you look silly at all! I'd much prefer to sport a linea nigra than twin skin.
I hear you about the belly button, though. Mine is so damn ugly that it's actually hilarious.
Mine didn't show up until after I had LO. DS1 told me my belly button looks scary.
I've never worn an actual bikini, but was so happy when the tankinis started getting more popular. My top and bottom have never truly matched, so when buying a one piece, either the top fit properly, and I had to wear shorts over because the bottoms were weird, or vice versa. I just found a new swimsuit top (tankini) that I absolutely LOVE! It shows a bit more cleavage than I am typically comfortable with, but MH said it wasn't too bad. And it's so comfy! Weight-wise, I am almost the same as what I weighed right before delivery, so my self-esteem/ self-image is currently suffering. (I need to have my thyroid rechecked, plus I'm having supply issues, so weight is not the biggest concern I have at the moment).

@Penguin173 I recently started "lifting" at the YMCA - think I made it 10xs but I usually just do this pip because I can do it at home w the kids.--- I do more soccer crunches thou... And don't count -- I go until its burning and do 5 more.
Ok, just did the mini workout you posted. I upped the push-up and sit-ups because I've been doing them most mornings. I decreased some of the ones I wasn't ready for until I can work up to them.
You look like a million bucks in that suit while you feed your awesome baby! Hooray for moms feeling empowered to *gasp* still be a PERSON with a unique personality who wears what THEY want on THEIR body!
