To be honest the 2 piece is legit because I can not stand to roll down a wet whole piece -but thank you- but I don't feel I should "have" to cover up my body (with in reason obviously) or my baby because I'm a mother!

Ok, ok ladies, simmer down.

I did a post and run yesterday because other commitments and didn't realize the kerfuffle I'd cause. I read everyone's comments, did some introspection, and left a reply in the Sat randoms thread. tl;dr synopsis: I have some deep-seated body shaming issues from childhood related to personal modesty and I'm embarrassed because I feel myself to be pretty open minded. I truthfully didn't mean to offend and y'all made me really think about *why* I had this particular UO. So in the interest of personal growth, thank you (and I really mean that.).

I appreciate the comments! Just to be clear this was to prove a point and not be AW. I have plenty of insecurities, but dont like being told what is or is not OK just because I am a mom. I had hoped some of you would post pics embracing your body/nursing or whatever you felt the need to also- you know "just being a mom"

I'm in awe of you for a few reasons. Well, the obvious rocking bikini bod. The fact that you have five kids at the pool! I dread taking two to the store

And nursing in public. I have yet to build up the courage to do it.

5 kids at the pool is super challenging!!! My husband is a help and my oldest is 13 so I do have help

Ha ha! Ds2 was a bouncer-he liked to be bounced to sleep. I acquired my standing while nursing skill with him trying to put him to sleep! Lol ya do what ya gotta do right!?

Thanks! I don't even remember where I got it- clearance rack somewhere I'm sure. This is the top- kinda a knit type suit. And in all honesty I had the least cleavage at the pool! We had a good time

I was telling DHs grandma about the thread in jist and she just chuckled.

I'm still rocking the one piece, but I found a suit that I can easily nurse in. As in, super low v-cut. I've been pretty boobalicious at the beach this season.
