    I have to bake a whole freaking cake today. Mom loves german chocolate cake and it's her birthday. I'm still in bed though. I don't want to get out of bed.

    I have to get my house cleaning done early because it's going to be a scorcher today and once it gets hot, I stop being able to move. So, afternoon plan: post house cleaning=kiddie pool side with my feet in the water while kids play. DH will be sweating away on finishing our new deck.

    Well the good thing is my DS has slept until a much more normal time this weekend after the last couple weeks of waking up way too fucking early

    The bad thing is he's being a constant jerk... And H is sick so not really any help.... My patience is gone.

    I'm counting the minutes until I can take him to grandpa and grandmas later ... And possibly just leave him there for a month... They won't mind right? (A girl can dream)

    If TTC wasn't enough of a mind fuck already, I started spotting in the middle of my cycle. I don't know exactly when LO was conceived but I remember some spotting then too. Could have been from rough sex, and I guess this could be too. Is implantation bleeding supposed to be dark blood or bright blood?

    Sorry to bring TTC talk here but I get overwhelmed with all the posters over there, and one board is hard enough to keep up with.

    I met my friends at the zoo with DS. Three other kids there, all older than DS. He wanted literally nothing to do with them. We stopped at the splash park in the zoo, and he wouldn't get out of the stroller. Kept telling me he wanted to "see lots of animals." So, we eventually abandoned my friends and went off on our own. I feel like he's too antisocial...is he weird?!?! How can I tell? Seriously. 

    Now I'm eating a milkshake for lunch because, goddammit, I wanted one. So healthy! Aaaaand, I just sneezed and peed myself.

    still waiting but i got the floors cleaned, the laundry is hanging to dry, just had an awesome and unhealthy lunch of roasted garlic hamburger patty, caramelized onions, and queso blanco.  

    now i'm sipping a whiskey and ginger ale.  

    not too shabby.



    however long the night, dawn will break.

    With apple products normally if it lets you update it means the system "should" be able to handle it. Sometimes the new OS actually runs better. Sometimes.

    Something's actually wrong with our switch, so he's currently got it plugged directly into his computer. A friend of ours is going to come over and try to fix it, because comcast would take 3 weeks to get here anyways. But yes, we use desktops, lol.

    Oh my gosh yes. It would take me forever to agonize over who's turn it was. They also took turns sleeping on my pillow while I was gone, to the store or whatever.

    Hahahaha this is where we are at with my DD2 right now. Every day its a battle of which baby/stuffed animal gets to do what vs us getting out the door on time for anything. Then while we are gone she is soooooo worried about those that got left behind lol

    I just woke up from a heavenly three hour nap. I slept badly last night and got up early this morning, so it was needed. We did breakfast with my brother and then he came to the house to hang out for awhile. We are watching the final and then a trip to Lowes. Nothing else planned. @justAphase‌, ygpm. I think. If I did it right. Mobile.

    I am so glad we cancelled our plans today.  We have hardly been at home since we got back from the beach.  We haven't accomplished a ton, but at least laundry is getting done and the groceries have been bought.
