Cramps and Dizziness

I just found out I'm pregnant this past Monday. I'm very excited but also nervous. My Due Date is March 18. Is anybody else experiencing cramps and dizziness at this point? I've found various things online that say both normal and abnormal. I guess I'm just nervous because I'm a first time mommy.

    Congrats and welcome.  Both are pretty normal symptoms.  Make sure you're drinking enough water as that can help with the dizziness.

    Cramping is totally normal.  I've been dealing with it for a week now.  Occasional dizziness is a check too for me.

    congrats and welcome!  early on, I had almost constant cramps. I'm 6 wks 6days and I'd say this last week they have gone away, though nausea has taken their place. but yes for my wk 4 and 5, the cramping was pretty consistent and uncomfortable, but no spotting.  Ts and Ps for a healthy 9 months!

    ETA: I also had dizzy spells in my 3/4 week

    Welcome and congratulations! I've had cramping on and off for a few weeks and was told to only be worried if you have frequent red spotting or bleeding, then call the doctor. Otherwise it can be totally normal. Wish you a happy and healthy 9 months!

    Hi welcome and congrats! I'm nearly 5 weeks and have been experiencing some serious cramping :( it's waking me up at night and thus leaving me exhausted at work :( Doctor has told me this is all normal and expected, as long as there is not lots of blood. Hope it eases soon for you :)

    Yes I have been getting bad cramps at night; they wake me up!  Annoying but not concerning apparently.  I felt dizzy a couple days ago while on a walk; I think I was dehydrated.  Have been fine since then!

    I just got dizzy after standing up, and noticed that the last day or two if I hang my head and lift it, I get pretty light headed! It's a feeling I haven't had much before, ever, that I can think of.
