  How many weeks, what fruit/vegetable?  25 weeks, cauliflower

  
  

  Any appointments coming up?  Anything to rant/rave about?  No appointments for another week.  Excited it's Friday.  We have a party at a college friend's tomorrow and then are doing the "Day Out With Thomas" on Sunday.  Also we finally found a dresser for the nursery on Craigslist so probably going to start refinishing that this weekend/next week

  
  

  GTKY:  Have you or are you going anywhere on vacation this summer?  DS and I are going to visit my family in MA at the end of the month for a long weekend.  My H is saving his few remaining vacation days for after the baby comes.

  Any appointments coming up?  Anything to rant/rave about? Just had my 24 week appointment, everything seems to be good.  Next one isn't til August, but I have to do my GTT then.  Blech.  One rave today, though:  my mom and SIL are throwing me a baby shower and they set a date!  YAY!  I'm happy because I have been bummed about my actual sisters moving away and thinking no one was going to throw a shower.
  

  
  

  GTKY:  Have you or are you going anywhere on vacation this summer? We went to Amish country for a day trip.  Other than that we are hanging around here to save $ and because DH has a lot of school requirements he's trying to get out of the way before baby.

  Any appointments coming up?  Anything to rant/rave about?  Had an appointment yesterday.  All seems good so that's good!   Have my GD test coming up whenever I go to the lab.

  
  

  GTKY:  Have you or are you going anywhere on vacation this summer?  (BC girl here) We went on holidays with my inlaws to Victoria for a week the end of May and then camping with my parents for a few days.  It ended up being two weeks total.   We just went on a small family holiday for a week to Banff, Jasper and a local provincial park.  So, I think holidays are done until Kid2 arrives.

  How many weeks, what fruit/vegetable? 24 weeks- cantaloupe! And v-day!
  
  Any appointments coming up? I had an ultrasound this morning. Baby looks great at 1lb8oz and fluid levels are good. And they checked that baby was still a girl
  
  Anything to rant/rave about? The heartburn the last couple of days has ramped up and is annoying but not much to complain about.
  
  GTKY: Have you or are you going anywhere on vacation this summer? We are moving in like 3-4 weeks and will be without our stuff for about a week so we will probably stay with family for a couple days, maybe go to the beach. And after we get to our new place we'll set up then have to take dh to Georgia and I think we will try to take a day of family vacation fun. But other than that no nothing planned for this summer since there is so much going on.

  I have an OB appointment on Tuesday! Also, DH & I finished painting the nursery & assembled the cribs! Shits getting real ladies Here's a pic, just for fun!
  
  GTKY: because we are having twins & I'm high risk I can't really go to far from home! Although, we do live at the beach so we may rent a little beach cottage in one of the nearby shore towns around my birthday in August (at least I hope so!)

  Any appointments coming up?  Anything to rant/rave about? No appointments this week. Yesterday I was going through stored baby stuff and pulled out the car seats that DS used. We have 2 infant seats (one was given to us, one we bought) and 2 bases for each of the seats. Well come to find out, 3 of the 4 bases will expire by the time baby is born and the one base that won't expire goes to the car seat that I was thinking of getting rid of! Ugh! Now I don't know whether to buy just one base to the car seat I don't really want or to just go buy a brand new car seat and bases since the one I did want will expire exactly a year after baby is born. I wouldn't want to buy new car seat bases only and then have to replace the seat anyway. I was so frustrated because I basically have been storing car seats that I feel are pretty useless! 

  
  

  GTKY:  Have you or are you going anywhere on vacation this summer? We went to New York for the 4th and DS and I went back to my hometown for a week at the end of May to see my parents and some old friends. DH and I will probably have a weekend getaway for our anniversary in August but as far as I know, that's about it for the summer.
