@kpacheco218 We're in very North Houston, technically, Spring, just south of the Woodlands! (There's a free symphony there tonight I believe, if your looking for some music for your it - can't - quite - hear - yet baby! )

I grew up in Gwinnett, went to school at UGA, and got a job nearby. So we live just outside of Athens now. Glad to see there are a few other Georgians on here!
@south_myst I can't guarantee you'll love it, but I do! The general population is really friendly and people are polite. Like strangers say hi and wave at you when you drive past. Iowa isn't a Podunk place that most people assume (but there are a lot of small towns!) it's pretty progressive (first state to legalize gay marriage!) and crime is low and the schools are great. It's a great place to raise a family I grew up in Iowa City and once I was ready to have children I convinced MH to move to Iowa with me (from Ohio) because I felt it was the right place to start my own family. Can I ask where you're moving to? You don't need to answer, but I might be able to give you some insight on the place you're moving good luck on the move!
