Just got back from our appointment!! I'm 9 weeks and we got to see all sorts of amazing things! A little (distorted) face, legs and arms moving and heard the heartbeat!
Total side note: this definitely solidified my midwife choice. We waited and hour and a half only to see the doctor for a rushed 10 minutes. I'm definitely looking forward to a different experience with a midwife

Glad to hear the good news.. FX for all you ladies.. @lilrubberduckie‌ it's all going to be ok. Try not to stress out. @jaime&rob I am 2 weeks off too. But my doc assured me that it's common and absolutely okay. You might have ovulated a little later than u think u have. So get some peace. You will b fine

My second appointment and ultra sound is on Friday, and I'll be 10 weeks. I am nervous for it. I had a great first appointment, but you never know what will happen until you get there. When someone posts a goodbye thread, it really hits me more than I ever thought it would. I feel so sad them. It's been 3 weeks since my last appointment, and I am just afraid that I feel so pregnant and our little one might not be progressing. I FEEL like everything will be fine and we have a healthy baby so far. I just get worried. Plus we are making plans to tell our families this weekend, so I don't want to set us for disappointment. I might be irrational now, but I am looking for the appointment more for peace for mind. Rambling over.

First appt is tomorrow (Tuesday)! I'm so excited and sick with nerves it's crazy! I asked if there was anything exciting and if my husband should come with and they said no, so I don't think I'm getting a US. :-( I believe I'm seven weeks on the dot tomorrow so maybe they will want to just take a peek (fingers crossed).

Our first appointment and u/s is on Friday morning! I'll be 10 weeks, so hoping to hear a heartbeat :-) We're both pretty nervous, I had a m/c at 8 weeks in October...so we've been waiting for the u/s to tell people this time. Good luck everyone!

Great first appointment today! Measuring 8 weeks 1 day with heartbeat of 165. Was SO excited since last u/s in January showed I was miscarrying. I'm thinking about everyone that didn't have such good appointments and hope you get your sticky baby soon! Here's our blob

We had our first appt with ultrasound this am. I saw one of the office nurses, she reviewed my file from last birth, asked about surgical/medical history, took as urine sample. She assumed that I would be doing a RC/S, and when I stopped her to tell her I want a VBAC she paused and said... Maybe they'll let you do that... UM, They better! The only reason I had one last time is because my doc couldn't tell the difference between a butt and a head and had me labor for 12 hours with a frank breech baby. Not my body's fault.

Anywho, we finally got to do the ultrasound and little Velociraptor was hanging out upside down. Heartbeat was really strong and steady at 157 BPM.

We go back in 2 weeks for our first visit with the OB.

Baby is measuring 1 week behind, not unexpected, I do usually ovulate late, so our due date has been moved from 2/14 to 2/22.

ETA: Pregnancy brain forgets stuff.

Got to see the lil jellybean, who is measuring perfectly at 7w 4d (just 1 day younger than hubs and I had predicted) with a HB of 171. So happy, and sending positive thought-vibes to everyone who is waiting and worrying like I was.

My first appointment was today with my new OB and I really liked him. I didn't know if there was going to be an ultrasound, but I did have one! I was supposed to be measuring 6w 3d based off of my LMP, but the baby was only showing 5w 1d. The doctor pointed out it was probably because it was my first month off of BCP and I ovulated later than I thought.

A little back story: In January 2008 we were trying for our first child and found out we were pregnant! I went in for an appointment and ultrasound when I should have been 8 weeks and it only showed that I was 6 weeks. A day later I started bleeding, I had a miscarriage. A year later we held our new baby Jason in our arms and knew God had a plan. We are praying for this baby and trying to stay calm. For right now I know I am pregnant and I have another doctor appointment with an ultrasound in 2 weeks to check on the baby's progress.

First appointment Wednesday afternoon. I don't know if I'll have an u/s but I doubt it. I'll only be 6.5 weeks. I am so nervous and trying not to be pessimistic, but something just feels off...

I had mine today- based on dates I was 6w6d after ultrasound baby measured only 6 weeks but heartbeat was there!! She will have me back next Thursday to do another ultrasound and send for bloodwork

2nd appt tomorrow, will be 10 weeks exactly. Should be review of blood work, pap, listen for heartbeat. Had u/s at 8 weeks and heartbeat was 162, hoping for another good appt!

I had mine today. Baby measuring 10wk 4 days and heard heartbeat. We also saw the baby moving its arms around. So adorable.

I had an ultrasound yesterday, they gave me no real idea of how old baby is or when baby is expected. My calculations say in February. The doctor said baby is "around 6 weeks". Here, there is a completely different doctor for the ultrasound, so it's a bit annoying. I'm meeting my OB today, so maybe she'll have some better answers. We have another ultrasound on Monday of next week.

So they were supposed to call by 3 yesterday. I called at 330. They said they would read the info and call me. They were open till 8 last night and opened at 8 this morning and still no call. I just want to know SOMETHING. Did they see anything? Am I just measuring behind? Like cmon people!!! I am getting anxious.

We had our first appointment yesterday. Everything went well! Baby was measuring right on track at 8w 2d. We saw his/her heart beating away at 180 bpm. I go back in 2 weeks to see a midwife, get a pap, and have a 1-hour glucose tolerance test done since I had GD with our son and am still having issues.

Back from our first u/s everything looked perfect. I am measuring 2 weeks behind based on my LMP but thank goodness I know that I should be. I am officially due Feb 13 and am 8w4d today. :-). Hr is 170

First of all, best wishes to everyone waiting on their appointments and waiting on news. The wait is so hard!

Today was my first appointment and we had an ultrasound. I'm at 8w 1d and baby measured 8w 3d. Heard heartbeat of 179 - amazing sound. Found out I need additional testing at week 12 because I'm of "advanced maternal age" ( I turn 35 during the pregnancy).

My first OB appt was today at 9 weeks 1 day. My OB was nice enough to give me a quick peek of the babies today and everything looked good. ( I was really spoiled with my weekly detailed U/S's with the RE). I am considered high risk due to my age (35) and being pregnant with twins, so I will also see a MFM. I go to the MFM for my next U/S (NT Scan) at 12 weeks . I go back to my OB Aug 5th.

So they called. They didnt give me any details they just said the ultrasound was inconclusive bc they couldnt get a good picture. I go back in 2 weeks for another ultrasound

Just came home from an ultrasound for dates. This is number 3 for us, and was a very big surprise. None of it seemed real until I saw that flicker of a heartbeat today. I am trying to keep this a secret as long as possible, but I actually a midwife on the medical staff at our local hospital, now that I was seen in ultrasound, I'm sure my secret will be spilled by tomorrow...lol

Had my 1st OB visit today. I am 8 weeks today. Had a transvaginal ultrasound and the baby is measuring 7w3d. Doctor said that anything within a week is normal. HR was 154. Also had blood work and pap smear. I go back in 4 weeks for my 12 week checkup. So glad to hear everything is good.

Had our first appointment today at 8 weeks. All went great and I really like the OB! Said I looked farther along than she expected, closer to 9 weeks. All was good and healthy looking. Got blood work done and scheduled a 12 week appointment! Trans vaginal u/s was a bit weird though.

Just got back from first appointment! ( although had BW done a few times already bc of previous loss.) everything looks great! I am spot on as far as dates at 8w7d (I have very regular periods and ovulation). Little arms and legs were wiggling away and HR was 183. We were so nervous because of our previous loss but things look amazing. Fx it all stays well! Good luck everyone else this week!

Had my first appointment yesterday and the ultrasound today! The appointment yesterday was pretty standard. Lots of questions and a pap smear. The ultrasound was more exciting. It was exciting to see that a baby is actually there! I am 9 weeks and one day, which matched perfectly with what FF said. My due date is Feb. 9th. A few days before my birthday! Babies heartbeat was 167. That was neat to see.

So, as of now all is well. Hoping for a H & H 9 for us all.

Had our first appt today with the midwife and I absolutely loved her! Spent a total of two hours at the clinic and got to see the heartbeat!! Being a nurse I have been afraid of having an ectopic as I have had pretty frequent pulling pains but I'm so relieved and excited now! Hope everyone else is doing well

and gets a great experience like we did today.
