Well, I think I belong here now, I hope! This was our first cycle with Femara and I triggered 13 days ago. I tested out the trigger and while it never went away, the lines got very light and then they started to get darker. As of now the lines are nice and dark so I highly doubt it's trigger but is actually a real positive. The RE won't see me until Thursday to confirm but I'm fairly optimistic now that this is it 
About me: this is my fourth pregnancy since 2012. All three before this ended in a missed mc around 8 weeks following a heartbeat seen at 6 weeks. I have done every test imaginable and they still don't know what's going on. They found a bunch of small things that shouldn't have resulted in mc but that's it. So this cycle we did Femara just on the off chance that better egg selection and higher natural progesterone would help (an admittedly unscientific approach but they had no other ideas). I'm taking baby aspirin and progesterone, as with my last pg, and as of Thursday I will start daily lovenox injections.
I'm really hoping this time I'm here to stay!

I've often imagined what my thank you post here would say but nothing I could write would actually express how I feel. You have been a lifesaver. When I was broken, you ladies lifted me up and helped me heal and armed me with the knowledge to advocate for myself and keep pushing forward. So thank you. I'll be stalking you and hoping for the best!

Testing done: male with complete Trisomy 16, not hereditary. Tested me for clotting disorders, all normal.
Feb. 2014 all clear again to TTC! Will start progesterone supplementation with the next BFP just in case. Oct. 2014 more testing just because, thyroid and autoimmune panels = normal. Diagnostic U/S = no abnormalities. Will keep trying for 3-6 more months, doctor still optimistic!
