We sit across from each other unless we are with other people, then we sit next to each other. If the kids are with us, we still sit across from each other with one kid each next to us.

i never understood same-siders. sit across from each other so you can talk and actually see each other. i think the only time dh and i ever sat on the same side (while it was just us) was when we were dating and i was getting ready to leave for 6 weeks to do my study abroad. so yeah, we were a little clingy and wanted to be closer.

but to each couple their own.

We have three methods: 1) the power bottom cuts both steaks because majority elbow room 2) we ask our server to cut it for us or 3) we momma-baby bird it. Sometimes we do all 3 methods just for fun.

But why? Why does it matter to the server who sits where? Why judge people based on where they sit? I didn't realize this was thing to judge over. Geeeeeeeez

oops haven't been on a computer so I never saw my tag. Yea, most servers think its silly when 2 people share the same side of a table, but nope it doesn't matter in terms of the job. Why is it funny? because same side sitters are always canoodling, its like "Oh hey do you need a water refill? Oh wait sorry you can't answer with your face nuzzled in his armpit" That doesn't mean you need to stop. Some people on here say leggings aren't pants, I wore them to work on Saturday.
