I feel like being a huge nerd and mapping out all these ages in Excel, but I think it's just because I really don't want to start on a project at my real job. Procastination!
ETA: Ooh! And what if I made a map with stats on it of the states we live in. Too much?
I'll probably be 33 by the time the new baby comes (due date is shortly after my bday). I turned 28 just after my son was born.
I have a friend in her upper 30s who is expecting in early August and although she had a long road to pregnancy and likely some additional testing she seems to be doing very well. I think hr overall fitness/health going in was prob better than mine at 32.
Actually, on average I think most moms I know had at least 1 of their kids well into their 30s.
Not sure if Bump demographics reflect the world outside or not.
I'm 28 now and will be 29 when baby comes, I was 23 when our first son was born
**Andrea - proud mommy of our amazing big guy Brady and our sweet angel baby Eli James, born sleeping 10.29.2013 at 20 weeks 1 day due to premature labor - rest in peace my love**
Just turned 28 and DH will be 28 on Sept 30th. This is our first. Baby is due right around our 6th wedding anniversary, going to be the best anniversary gift we could ask for
There's a test (NIPT) that I did at 11 weeks that was mandatory for women over 35. I am 36. Got the results - so far low risk for trisomy 21 (Down syndrome), trisomy 18, trisomy 13 or a sex chromosome abnormality. Still need to do the second trimester screen for neural tube defects and abdominal wall defects. The plus for NIPT at 11 weeks, I am more than 99% certain we are having a girl
31, and my birthday is in april so i'll still be 31 when i deliver. i was a little over a week short of my 27th bday when DS was born.
