Time to say goodbye (loss mentioned)

Third time wasn't a charm for me. We just had our 3rd ultrasound and it confirmed that our LO lost it's heartbeat in the past week. We are crushed and don't know where to turn. Progesterone suppositories weren't the trick, nor did any of our RPL testing come back with any answers prior to this loss. We were hoping to schedule a D&E tomorrow, however due to the holiday and the fact that there is a specific lab test for the chromosomal testing only offered in certain locations, I will not be able to get in until Monday. I am praying I do not have to go through passing things naturally over the holiday weekend, however they sent me home with a "cup" in case I do.

Thank you ladies for all of your support and prayers over the past 2 weeks. I certainly hope to be back over here in months to come.

I read your post on ttcal, I just wanted to add some input. I had the fetal chromosome contents done via Natera (their website calls it products of conception) also. They were out of network with my insurance and I eventually (months later) got a bill for about 3k. I called the company, they have a silent contract -- meaning they take what insurance pays out and then I was only responsible for $100.00 outta pocket.

Thank you for this. I'm glad that I have a heads up that it could be an alarming bill, however there are ways around it. I don't mind $100 OOP if it means having more precise results, but $3k would be a different story.
