Hospital preregistration - Dates?

I'm pre-registering for delivery online, and the form gives me two required date fields - due date, plus scheduled date.  This may be a dumb question, but is everyone putting the same date down for both?  Unless you know you're having a scheduled c-section, obviously. 

I think it's weird that that's marked as a required field?  The instructions say you should preregister once you enter your 7th month, and who has stuff scheduled at that point?  Eek.

    Yeah, I'd just put down the same date....my guess is they have it on there for ladies who are either scheduling a c-section or an induction.

    {DH:31 all clear, "super sperm"}
    Ecstatically married July 30, 2011--TTC since Jan 2013:::Baby #1 due 9/11, Conceived on cycle #5 of Femara + Hcg + IUI

    Feels weird to do this.  I didn't do it last time, figuring I had plenty of time... then it didn't get done, and DH was running around filling out paperwork after I got admitted.  And mixed up my names... lol.

    I started filling mine out a few weeks ago when we got home from the hospital tour...haven't finished. I should get on that lol

    @MrsLaLaBug, your siggy gif cracks me up.  My friend has a miniature poodle so I had to send it to her.  Lots of squealing happened.

    I did my pre registration online a month or so ago. It was pretty basic. At my 28 week appointment my dr. and I picked a date for the scheduled CS. only 9 weeks to go! Eek!
