Treatment: FET#1

Meds Currently Taking: Still on the full load: Prenatal, Folgard, Estrace, Baby Asprin, Minivelle Patch, Heparin, Progesterone Oil.

Last/Next Appt: 1st OB appt. on Wed and another appt. at RE

Anything You Want To Add?: Just trying to keep calm to keep my IF anxiety down.

QOTD: As of right now, considering all goes well with this pregnancy, what are your future plans for children? Will you be trying again? Why/Why Not: We will use our last little frozen embryo when the babies are about 2 or so. But if that doesn't work out we will not be doing another round if IVF.

Meds Currently Taking: PIO, Estradiol

Last/Next Appt: Wednesday for the heartbeat, I kind of think 6w2d is a little early for that?

QOTD: As of right now, considering all goes well with this pregnancy, what are your future plans for children? Will you be trying again? Why/Why Not I want three kids, so I will use our one frozen and if that doesn't work I will do another fresh cycle. Our insurance covers 4 fresh cycles and we've only used two, so I will max it out to try for a third child.

Me too! DH took a pay cut and now has an hour commute each way to get a job with IF benefits. This is also why we are spacing our kids so close together, so he can quit sooner and go back to a closer job with better pay. But so worth it.

Weeks: 8

Treatment: IVF with ICSI

Meds Currently Taking: Estrace and Endometrin. Only 2 more weeks!

Last/Next Appt: Graduated from RE clinic today! US showed a beautiful little baby with a heartbeat of 154 bpm. Next appt is with my OB on 7/9

Anything You Want To Add?: I think I've already put on a few pounds. Feeling down about that which is insane considering everything I went through to get pregnant. Hoping to get a better attitude soon.

QOTD: As of right now, considering all goes well with this pregnancy, what are your future plans for children? Will you be trying again? Why/Why Not: I have 3 more frozen blastocysts so I'll definitely be going back to the clinic for them in a few years.

Weeks: 7 weeks 4 days

Meds: prenatal, 81 mg Aspirin, metformin, and progesterone suppositories

Next appt: tomorrow for our first U/S to see if both embryos decided to stay or just one with my RE then wed 7/2 is my first OB nurse visit.

Thoughts: nervous/anxious/excited I can't believe how fast time it's going. I have gained 4 pounds and everyone has been commenting on my growing breast size (I think it might be due to the progesterone) ???

More babies: heck yes!!! I would love at least 2 and be happy with 4 we have lots of eggs frozen for future.

Mire kids: I already have Ds who is 3. I think we are done after this one. I always thought i wanted 3 but IF, PPD, and not being as patient as i wish i was have kind of changed that idea.

Weeks: 7 weeks tomorrow

Treatment: IUI w/femara and trigger

Next appt: finally get to see the hb on Wednesday. I had my last hcg blood draw this morning. Hopefully will get good results tomorrow.

I was starting to get confident with this pregnancy when my re called in Friday and said my last hcg didn't double. Now I am bouncing between freaking out and thinking it's no big deal.

QOTD: I absolutely will be trying for more kids! I want three and dh is on board, so we will keep trying for it. I plan on not doing anything to prevent it until we actively start trying again. Maybe we'll get lucky and not have to go back to the re.

Last/Next Appt: Last appointment was today. Baby had a FHR of 176 and measured 8w3d. Graduated from RE. Next appointment (first with OB) is Wednesday.

QOTD: Sadly this will be our only child. I have frosties left (which I will donate) but with me being close to 47 when I deliver we are done. I know other ladies who still have more children up until 50 with DE but that's not for us. $ also plays a factor. I've always wanted 3

Anything you want to Add: I have wanted a maybe so badly and fought so hard through my IF, ofcourse Im over the moon to be pregnant, but Im so sick of these shots!!! They are startinto hurt so much, and managing all my meds is exhausting. Im over it. I hope tge next few weeks fly by!
QOTD: Always wanted two, I.guesd we' ll see if Baby # 2 maked it. I dont think I have the emotional fortitude to go through more treatments though.

Anything you want to add: So nervous for this appt. The spotting/bleeding has gotten much heavier in the last week.

QOTW: We will most likely be done with biological children. We have lots of friends who foster and adopt so we may do that as well.

I'll be week 7 tomorrow! I'm med free except for my pn vitamins. It was IUI #5, second with injects that did the trick. I'm pretty sure I'd like a second child, I think we will start trying for number 2 when #1 is 1-1.5 years. DH had amazing IF insurance coverage at his job and while he loves his job he'll probably be ready to move on in about 3 years so I'd want to take advantage of the coverage while we can...I also do not want to wait too close to age 35 as I'm nervous the longer we wait the harder it'll be. Eta: had my second us yesterday and there was a beautiful strong heartbeat! I go for one more scan next week and then I graduate from my RE!

I think it all depends on how this goes for us & what we have. If we have two boys or two girls, I think we'd try for a third. Nothing is decided though.

I think you should be fine to at least see the HB at 6w2d... I went on 6w4d and it was nice and strong. Best wishes tomorrow.

Treatment: FET #4 (From IVF with ICSI and PGD)

Meds Currently Taking: Lovenox, Endometrin, Del Estrogen

Last/Next Appt: GRADUAION TOMORROW!!!

Anything You Want To Add?: The nausea has lightened up... so thank goodness for that. Im feeling better, but lack of symptoms make me nervous. I have this fear that tomorrow I will get bad news.

QOTD: I think we will try again. I still have 2 frosties. We get 3 attempts per live birth with my insurance, so if we have this one we get a fresh set of tries all over again. I'd like to be done after 2.

You are overlapping OB and RE? I thought REs couldnt keep you past 9wks? Well at least my office says they cant.

Yea we are overlapping for now, my RE requires your first OB appt. to be during your 8th week then the RE works with the OB to develop a "plan" for the pregnancy. Then we get released. lol I feel like everybody has moved on but I'm still stuck. We were told that my insurance may not cover some visits if they are in the same week, but we signed this lengthy contract stating our responsibilities but for what it's worth I love my REs office and will miss it when I'm not there any more.

@jaztaz1‌ They are stored for free until next April and then it is $1200 a year after that. We might pay the $1200 to hold them the extra year just in case, but I think after that we will donate them for research or maybe embryo adoption.

QOTW: Sadly this will be my last. I am 38 years old and decided a while ago I didn't want to be over 40 pregnant & having more babies. It's strictly a personal choice & I admire those who do it. If I was able to be a stay at home mom, I think it would change my opinion, but I have to work....

@jaztaz1 I know!! My RE office said to be seen by my 10th week & that was the earliest this OB office (recommended by my RE) could fit me in. It will be awesome to be 10.5 weeks by then, but it makes me a little anxious

Went in for my second u/s yesterday. I should be happy, relieved, excited, bonding. Baby A is measuring on track and a great heartbeat but we were hoping that one of Babies B and C would have reduced but everyone's looking strong and healthy.

Just to remind everyone of my background: I did IVF and transferred two embryos. Fortunately they both implanted. Unfortunately one of them split. So I have identical twins and a singleton. I'm probably going to have to reduce the two twins as they would high risk and there is no way to reduce one of two identical twins. I feel lost and scared.

Yay @jaztaz1, happy graduation!!!

I have to AW! Had my u/s this morning and got to see my beautiful babies!! We got to see their heartbeats flicker away on the screen, it was seriously the most amazing thing ever! I am so in love with them, and I also cannot believe there are technically 3 hearts beating in my body right now! lol The human body is truly an amazing thing! Here they are:
