Just FI. Although it sounds like his mom and sister are planning on driving down when the baby's born.. So we will tell them AFTER the baby is born. They can come visit us at home. No one needs to see my bits on display except FI.
I'm planning on H, Mom & sis until I get close and yelly, then kicking out the girls and just having H during "crunch time". My uncle (who I am closer to than my dad) and his partner, and my sister's kids, and my step siblings will all be around and able to come in/swap out for mom if I'm feeling up for it, but whenever the hospital staff needs to check anything or if I get close to needing to push everyone but DH is getting booted quick style.
Edit for stupid mobile bumping issues.
Just DH and my doula. My mom will bring DD as soon as we're settled and it's a normal hour of day. If DS decides to arrive early (before 39.5 weeks) and my mom isn't there yet, then DD's babysitter will bring DD.
H and a doula. I wouldn't mind having my mom there too, but she lives across the country so that would be hard to coordinate (unless she stays with us for a whole month, which might be too much of a good thing.)
I know for SURE DH. My mom was present with my ex-boyfriend when my son was born, but I'm not sure if I want to go that route again this time. In that case, my mom had been the one present for my lamaze classes (the ex lived almost 3 hours away so couldn't make the classes) so she knew what to do, though my ex was pretty good at it as well.
I suspect I'll just ask for only H once I go in to serious labor. If they'll allow people in, I might have mom and big sis come in for a few...or not. I hadn't spent much time thinking about.

With DD it was my mom and my hubby. He would like it to just be the two of us this time but since he works away and I don't know if he will even make it...my plan is still up in the air. My sister really wants to come in in his place if for some reason he doesn't make it in time.
Just me, DH, and doula. We probably won't even announce to the families on both sides until we're checking out of the hospital. We'll never get those first couple of days back as a new family, and I'm not sharing.
My hospital allows up to 4 people in the delivery room. When I had my daughter my mom was the only one in the room with me, my husband at the time was away and didn't get back in time(she was born earlier than expected). If my mom was still alive I would definitely have her there again but I plan on having my daughter there instead(she's 11 now) my best friend will also be there. Since my baby's father isn't in the picture he most likely will not be there but I am leaving the 4th space open in case he decides to show. In addition to my daughter and best friend, my ex-husband(daughter's father) may also be there.
I'm a very internally focused person during labor...so I'm hoping to labor by myself with my DH and midwives in the other room listening in and stopping in only when necessary. When it comes time to push, they can come in.
We will only call local people to handle our older daughters when I go into labor (who depends on when I go into labor).
