Ugh, what's wrong with this pic? Totally judging

So this girl I used to work with briefly a few years ago is still on my Facebook. I just saw that she just had another baby. She just turned 20 last week and has a 1 year old (not even sure she is a year yet). Different dads and she still lived with her mom.

She's always posting stuff about how much she hates her ex and how much her life sucks all over fb and she swears In every post.

So her photo on her fb profile is her and her friend in a car with her 1 year old in the back. Here is a close up of the baby. First of all she's forward facing, but look at the strap, it's down around her arm!! Ugh. I feel sorry for her kids.
