Went for my 3month pp appointment with my ob today. I redid my 3 hour glucose test yesterday & found out the results today. I am pre-diabetic :-( Dr is giving me 3months to get to my prepregnancy goal weight (-30lbs) & I will test again. If that still doesn't work then I will be on meds. I am a fitness instructor, personal trainer & runner. WTF?

Sucks! I was diagnosed as type 1 in october. Also a personal trainer :-h

I would also want to know what your A1C is then, as it looks at your levels over a period of time.
