It's an option at the MW practice I use. Basically, instead of private appointments, your "centering group" has a longer time slot ie 1-1.5 hours. Everyone sees the MW for a private checkup but there is a group discussion time, presentations, etc.
I can't decide if it's right up my hippie alley, or if it would be like getting stuck on the 1st tri board at every appointment. Any experiences?
