Good morning y'all! How's everyone doing so far this week?
I did w3d2 of C25K last night, and it went pretty well. My last run interval was thrown off a little by a deer blocking the trail. I just slowed to a walk until it moved along, then finished my run. I got up this morning and did a 30 minute Fitness Blender total body strength training. I'll try to get in some cardio tonight, maybe kickboxing. Eating has been okay.
I'm kicking into high gear for a bit. I'm going to Hershey Park in two weeks which means shorts, bathing suits, and indulging in all the yummy foods.

I know deadlift and leg presses are good too but I get overwhelmed by now knowing what to do when and how many reps and sets to do

I'm going to go for a run again today. Week 3 day 3 of c25k. I'm having a really hard time actually getting up at my 4:30 for my early morning weight training. once my husband leaves for work I have been going back to bed.:( I need to find some more motivation!
