I'm 7 days late but I have had 2 negative pregnancy tests. I'm super tired and the past 3 days have had bad headaches and dizziness. I'm really tired. Idk how to tell if I'm actually prego or if I'm looking for symptoms haha.

Sorry you are not feeling well-- the Newbie Blog has a ton of info that will be helpful to you.
A negative pregnancy test means not pregnant at this time, though. Hope you feel better soon!
Married 9-1-12 (On Depo until 4-12) Me- 33, DH- 36
NTNP starting 9-12, Actively TTC since 9-13
My DX- Hypothyroidism. Prescribed Synthroid
DH's DX- Severe MFI- first SA results: 1.3 mill (1.2 mill motile), 21.6% motility, 2% morphology
Blood test revealed low testosterone so DH was prescribed Clomid. Repeat blood test and SA in November.
Your negative test tells you you are not pregnant right now. Often times being "7 days late" is really caused by ovulating later in your cycle then you normally do. If you were truly 7 days late you would be able to turn a positive by now.
If this is not your cycle you could look into tracking your temps, using OPKs, or both. It's a great resource to help you know when you've ovulated so you're not feeling crazy towards the end of the cycle wondering where your period is. Good luck.
If your test was negative you are not pregnant at this time. The odds are incredibly small for a pregnancy test to be incorrect at the time it was taken. You very likely ovulated later than normal, causing your period to arrive later than normal.
I won't say your symptoms are just in your head but when you're TTC, you are hyperaware of "symptoms!" Unfortunately PMS and pregnancy symptoms have a lot in common.
Keep testing every few days until you get a positive, your period, or hit CD60 with neither. At that point you can contact your doctor to possibly jump start your cycle with Provera.
Don't reply if ur going to be rude or even sound rude ok. I just wanted advice. "Is there a reason ur age matters in this?" YES it does matter if I am 60 years old then yes it makes a big difference. Good grief.

Chill out. You got plenty of advice & no one was rude to you. I'm sorry no one here was willing to say you're totally pregnant & don't believe those negative tests. That's not the way we do things here. Read the newbie blog as others have suggested & lurk around a bit to see if this is the place for you.
My sister never once got a positive prego test and she was pregnant.
I find this very hard to believe. When a woman
becomes pregnant, her body releases a hormone called HCG. Without that hormone
being present, a pregnancy fails to form due to lack of nutrition and oxygen
from the placenta. If she never tested positive, EVER, then she is medical phenomenon.

Ehhh...Elly had mentioned something once about the hook effect so I went on a google spree to learn all about it. It happens, but it's rare.

Some people don't metabolize HCG in their urine. It's actually a thing. It's not because there isn't HCG present.
Wow, never heard of such a thing. Learn something new every day

If I have a daughter, I plan to teach her proper grammar, spelling and the use of full words. So when she needs to ask for help, she may be taken seriously as an intelligent person.

Maybe you should see your neurologist? I mean, obviously you're not currently pregnant. So I would be more concerned with the severe headaches and dizziness.

Heh?
EDIT: Oh wait - I get it. But, some of us are 30 and inexperienced. I'm so confused.
And my daughter will be getting a full tutorial on basal body temping when the time comes.
Amen to that. If I ever have a daughter, I am going to teach her all this stuff right off the bat. I WISH I had learned about charting when I was younger.
Being young has nothing to do with it. I'm 23 and experienced. Thanks.
(If you lurk a bit and read the newbie blog you can be experienced too!)
+1
I'm in my early 20s and was very inexperienced starting out, which is why I came to TB. And yeah, I had a month before I was charting my temp where I thought I was "late" and KU. I took a test, got BFN, and spent a day or two hoping beyond reason that I was KTFU despite said negative test. Then I said, wow, I never want to experience those crazy, desperate feelings again. So I lurked here for a cycle, tried to absorb knowledge like a sponge, and starting tracking BBT and doing all the things. I would recommend lurking, getting a feel for this place, and deciding if you like the feel of this board. It may or may not be the place for you. Also, FWIW, I do not believe you got any rude comments.

Somehow we'd have more of a life if we sugar coated your bullshit? Not likely.
If I were young and inexperienced, I would do some research and figure my shit out, grasshopper.

Actually I do have a son who is 20 and if he came to me asking me if I thought his wife/girlfriend was pregnant I'd just tell him take a test if it's negative = Not pregnant.
I really hope he doesn't come up and ask me this for a LONG time.

-------- The word is "your"... not ur. Text speak is not appropriate in any way shape or form under any circumstances. It saddens me that people think it is ok to shorten words like that. Abbreviations for frequently used phrases are one thing, but to shorten simple words like that is a bastardization of the English language.

Maybe you missed the point here.
1. Not many here would call themselves old.
2. Everyone on this board would like a daughter (or son) to be able to teach these things to, so much so that we took time to learn about our bodies and what it takes to get pregnant.
That's the only remedy for "in experience". Learning. So perhaps instead of being rude to everyone who took the time to respond to you with helpful, accurate advice, maybe you should swallow your pride, realize you are "in experienced" and absorb some of this info.

Wow those are all pregnancy symptoms!!! They're all also signs of dehydration, but with your 2 negative pregnancy tests, I'd say it's definitely that you're pregnant! Congrats!

@Trilliannnn : I fail to see where anyone was rude? Traditionally age isn't a huge factor around here. It's a legitimate question to ask why it is a big deal to mention it. I had the same thought too.
My sister never once got a positive prego test and she was pregnant.
It sounds like she either doesn't know how to read them, had the hook effect or is one of the extremely rare cases where a woman doesn't secrete HCG in their urine. The odds that you would have the same issue are incredibly low. It is more likely that you are not pregnant.

I think you were just looking for a reason to be upset. Please take your own advice. Live your life, grow up a bit, & gain some life experience before attempting to pop out a kid.
I say this with no malice or desire to be a jerk. The difference between how emotionally prepared I was for a baby at 20 vs. 28 is a lot. I had a lot more experience, money saved & generally less likely to freak about minor shit.
At this rate, based on your reactions here, I can say that you should focus on you, your maturity & growing as a person before you add a baby.
I would say this to my daughter if/when she was coming at me the way you are. Especially if she was going on like this & wanting a baby. Nope. Not ready from what I see.
