I get nervous when I sneeze..

.. because I sneezed so hard one time, I peed a little bit! Ah!!!

Laughing makes me nervous, too!! I feel like I only have about 85% control over myself these days.  :)

    HAHA!  It's true and it doesn't go away right after birth either.  The good news is that you can do some PT exercises to help.

    More than once I have full on pissed my pants when sneezing. I couldn't stop the flow.

    Pelvic exercises all the time.

    I HATE sneezing lately! To keep from peeing I squeeze my pelvis which makes my belly hurt. :( I might just buy adult diapers and let it flow from now on! lol

    FET w/donor embryos #1: 10/2013 Cancelled
    FET w/donor embryos #1.2: 11/2013     ~ ET of 2 beautiful blasts on 11/27.

    BAHAHAHAHA okay I posted this because 1) I knew I couldn't be the only one experiencing this and 2) it's definitely something funny for us all to laugh at now and (more likely) later!

    It's looking like it will be black pants to work from now on!! :)

    I had that happen one time, and it "scared" me enough to get back on my Kegels.  I also finally just gave in and bought some Poise pads.  I have no shame.

    LOL...every cough and sneeze seems to send me to a panic as I do pee on myself almost every time. Really annoying

    Oh! Poise pads?! I feel self conscious already just thinking about buying some for my hospital bag, so I don't think I would be confident enough to wear them every day at work or running errands.  Kegels it is!!

    My DD is 8 and my boys are almost 2 and I still have this problem. Sneezing is the worst! MH laughs at me...
