Baby almost 6 months old, supply dipping

I've EP'd for LO since she was about 2 weeks old.  In the last few weeks, she started showing interest in the boob and I've actually gotten her to nurse!  I nurse her when I get home from work, right before bed and in the morning if she wakes up in time.  (If she doesn't, I pump.)  I've been able to nurse her pretty much exclusively on the weekends.

Now that I'm nursing her, it seems like my supply has taken a hit.  I don't pump as much as normal and I'm leaving less and less milk for her during the day.  We just introduced solids last week, so I don't know if that's a factor also?

I take fenugreek twice a day and drink as much water as I can.  I've been so happy to not have to pump as much...is there anything I can do besides pumping at this point to get my supply back up?  Is the dip an illusion since she's most likely more efficient than the pump?

Thank you for any advice.

Of course, sorry for not adding this up front.

I've had to supplement with formula the entire time I've EP'd.  I would normally get about 18 ounces for the baby pumping in the morning before work, twice at work, once when I got home from work and once before bed.

My output from the 2 pumps at work has dropped from about 7-8 ounces to 5.  It's been a steady drop since late last week.  My first pump in the morning has dropped from 6 ounces to 5.  I've lost about an ounce and a half on my last pump before bed (from 3.5 ounces to 2).

On a typical work day, she will nurse when I get home which means I've dropped that pumping session all together, unless she doesn't nurse off of both sides in which case I'll pump the non-nursed side.

She gets a 5 oz bottle of pumped milk before bed and some nights she'll want to nurse a little more before going down.  That is always just on one side and not for more than 5 minutes or so before she's asleep.

The drop in my work output is most concerning to me because that routine hasn't changed aside from being able to actually nurse her on the weekends instead of pumping.  I'm also concerned with the drop in the first pump in the morning because she doesn't nurse overnight.

Typing this all out, it looks like my overall pump output has dropped by 4-5 ounces when I've only dropped one pump in favor of a nursing session.  My output was always lower in the evenings, so I think I'm a concerned that I am actually losing the ounces and she's not just transferring them in her evening nursing sessions.

Since late last week she gets offered solids twice a day and has four ounces of formula after the solids.
