Son of a biscuit im spotting and cramping UPDAtE

I spotted with both my previous pregnancies but i cant remember if i cramped like this. It's not a lot... Just Red streaks when i wipe. I'm finding it impossible to follow my own advice and chill the efff out til my OB office opens at 8am. If you're still up please send me sticky baby thoughts and prayers. I hope i can sleep.
.............UPDATE...............
The spotting has stopped but the cramping is still there. My legs feel numb. I couldnt sleep and was up all night so i didnt end up calling office til 11 and they couldn't get me in today (my dr is out of town, one is out on delivery and the one guy still there for the day is overbooked) They wanted me to go to the ER. Since I'm not bleeding anymore and i know there isnt anything they can possibly do at the ER im not going, (unless i start bleeding again and there is a lot)
The nurse told me to drink a lot of water and to spend most of the day laying on my left side. I have my scheduled appointment on Monday afternoon for exam and ultrasound. FX everything is okay, i hate being in limbo. Thank you ALL for your thoughts and prayers!!
Some of you may question my decision not to go so i feel like i should explain. When i was pregnant with DD i started bleeding bright red and was told to go to the ER. They did the standard routine and told me i had a miscarriage, tried to give me a d/c and told follow up with my dr in 10 days. When i went in to see my Dr i still had symptoms and they gave me another u/s and found her safe and sound. The bleeding was from a SCH and i ended up on bedrest. Needless to say im pretty wary of going to the ER for just a teeny bit of bleeding when i know it isnt an RH issue.
Bleeding again... Boooooo
