Think its time for a new plan...

Well today is now CD21. Still no pos OPK, Temps seriously all over the place. This is my last round of Clomid with my OB/GYN me and DH made a stop at the Fertility Center here and I found out I dont need a referral and the participate with my insurance. I have felt this cycle to be a super bust for about a week already. I just feel different then I did last month when I O'd I am just ready to move on. I'm feeling so bummed. It seems like we have been trying for so long even though its only been about 4 months medicated. Every day is a week when you are waiting it seems. We are coming up on our 2 year mark in a couple of months and I am just so tired. I was in Walmart yesterday and wandered off and hubby called to find me I was just torturing myself walking through the baby section. All I wanna do lately is cry. I have never been a crier, so this is something new. I dont like it seriously almost everything makes me cry lately. Since I took this round of clomid it hasnt seemed to leave me. *sigh* Time to move on and maybe get some new and better answers.

HSG- Tubes Clear slight scarring on UTE (unexplained)
DH SA- Normal
10/12-6/13 Natural 
Pcos Dx 7/13 Metformin 500mg x2 daily
4/14 Provera  10days  then Clomid 50mg CD5-9 (BFN)
5/14 Provera 10days then Clomid 50mg CD5-9  (BFN)
6/14 (no provera yay!) Clomid 50mg CD5-9  (BFN)
7/14 Natural Cycle Moving on to RE appt not til 7/31 (BFN)  
8/14 Plan of action! Moved up to 1500mg Metformin, Femara 3-7 (Trigger canceled due to not big enough follies and holiday weekend) (BFN)
9/14 7.5mg Femara CD3-7 +ovidrel  (BFN)
10/14 5mg Femara(3-7) Follistim 75 (7-9) +Ovidrel +TI (last treatment cycle this year Breaking til after Holidays) (BFP! Beta #1 114, Beta #2 364)

    I'm sorry. That's so frustrating, especially when the Clomid helped you O before. :(

    Hopefully this cycle will redeem itself for you! If not, sounds like working with an RE could create some new hope for you. Good luck.

    You put it well when you said "Every day is a week when you're waiting." That constant limbo, that constant countdown and even worse when you know a cycle is not working out. I am so glad you won't have an additional wait of obtaining a referral to see an RE. Getting a fresh look at your history I think will help so much. ((Hugs)) Hitting an anniversary of trying is so hard.

    1 cycle Clomid 50 mg + TI - no response stair-stepped to Clomid 75 mg + Ovidrel + TI

    1 cycle Clomid 50 mg + Ovidrel + IUI

    1 cycle Letrozole 7.5 mg + 150 mg Follistim + Ovidrel + TI

    1 cycle Letrozole 7.5 mg + 150 mg Folistim + Ovidrel + IUI

    1 cycle Letrozole 7.5 mg + 150 mg Follistim  - no response, repeated Letrozole 7.5 mg + 150 mg Follistim + Ovidrel + IUI = success! 12/2014

    Beta 1 - 15 dpiui, 324, Beta 2 - 17 dpiui 750. Twins!!

    So sorry that you are feeling this way.  I am glad that you are going to start seeing a RE, coming up with a new plan of action can bring so much hope.  It does for me with each WTF appt.  Praying that you don't hit the two year mark!

    Diagnosed as anovulatory 7/2013

    Round #1 Clomid 50 mg 8/2013= BFN

    Round#2 Clomid 50 mg 9/2013=BFN

    First appointment with RE 9/27/2013

    HSG showed left tube completely blocked, diagnosed with hypothyroid and began 50 mcg Synthroid, Vitamin D level low and began 2000 iu Vitamin D, Hubby's SA showed "super sperm" according to RE

    Round#3 Clomid 50 mg + Ovidrel trigger 10/2013= BFN

    Round #4 Clomid 50 mg + Ovidrel trigger 11/2013=BFN

    Round #5 Clomid 50 mg (no trigger, on vacation) 12/2012= BFN

    Round #1 Femara 2.5 mg, no trigger, IUI cancelled due to early ovulation 1/2014= BFN

    1/25/2014= BENCHED for the first time (two leftover follies on the right)

    2/7/14 Diagnosed with MTHFR/Benched

    4/2014 Round #2 Femara 5mg, IUI #1=BFN

    4/28/14 positive opk with no treatment while on break, confirmed with ultrasound= BFN

    5/16/14 5mg Femara + trigger + TI=  BFN

    6/2014 5mg Femara + trigger + TI= BFN

    Awaiting IVF consultation appointment on 7/29/2014

    8/8/14 Began BCP's to prep for IVF

    9/16/14 Began Lupron injections

    9/25/14 Began stimming for IVF #1 with Menopur and Bravelle

    10/8/14 10 eggs retrieved

    10/13/14 2 embryos transferred

    10/21/14 BFP!!!

    11/24/14 confirmed that baby stopped growing at 6 weeks, d&c scheduled

    I'm sorry you're feeling so deflated. IF sure can kick you when you're down. I'm mobile and can't see your siggy...are you being monitored with u/s? I can't imagine the fear and uncertainty that would come along with not knowing how you're responding.

    Good to hear you don't need a referral. One less step! Sounds like it time for a fresh start. Good luck, sweetie!

    AnnaClaire256 I am not being monitored which is the scary part and why I am moving on after this cycle. I will not let my obgyn increase my meds or switch them without being monitored. So thats why I went looking for other options. I only did all the initial testing I havent even seen my obgyns face in 2 months. Its a nightmare tbh.

    Oh my goodness @Autumray‌! I can't believe you haven't even seen your OB! Good for you for advocating for yourself. I know seeing an RE will make this whole process so much less stressful for you!

    Knowledge is power! (Just in case you were wanting a 'school house rock' reference) ;)
