How does your little eat an Oreo...

or other filled cookies?

I thought it was funny how my DS consistently eats an Oreo cookie (he's only had five, maybe six in his entire life time....)

DS will twist the halves a part and he'll put the side without cream down, then he'll lick all the cream off. Next he'll eat the soggy cookie that once had the cream. And lastly he'll eat the cookie half that didn't have the cream. Sometimes he is bored with it by the second cookie half so he'll just crumble it a part and make a huge mess. 

Cute, but annoying he already has a "method" to eating Oreos!

    Hahahaha he hasnt had too many but he either puts the whole thing in his mouth or he will just bite it in half---usually with anything he puts it all in his mouth. We are working on the take one bite at a time thing.

    That's cute. I haven't given DD an oreo. I'm sure she would probably just keep it together when eating it. Although, she has had a chocolate chip cookie and dh showed her to dunk it in milk. So now any time she has any cookie type treat she tries to dip it unto whatever we are drinking.

    I believe DS is taking after me and DH's father, a total frosting junkie!! We try to always give healthier options, but every so often we treat him to a cookie or ice cream or something. It's sad, he knows enough that if we say the word "cookie" he comes running! He's a sugar junkie just like me.
