Apologies if this was already discussed (probably on the page just one older than where I ran out of patience with scrolling through) but ... have any of you been able to BF your new LO in a carrier or sling yet and if so which kind? Especially if you have a smallish baby (my DD is 6.5 weeks but still just over 8 lbs - though holds her head up very well) . I don't think she is going to start spending less time eating any time soon and I need to get off my butt way more ASAP!!

Re: successfully BFing in a carrier or sling?
DS: 11/8/11 | 9 lb 7 oz, 22 in
DD: 5/22/14 | 9 lb 9 oz, 21.5 in
I went into the bathroom (glamorous) and fiddled around with lowering the straps (ergo) then shimming my hand in to hold it there for him to feed.
I have been unsuccessful after that. DS was 6 weeks and can hold.up.his head decently.
@LeeLee86 that sounds promising - thank you! I have a ktan but am still getting used to it - mostly to getting her into it more easily. Tends to twist up. Do you feed LO on the side of the inner loop or outer loop? Then I'll have to figure out how to get her low enough (my boobs are low to begin with and even more so now ... sadly!). Also can you walk/move around while LO nurses? Im OK with NIP most places (had boot camp for that in the form of a plane trip/family memorial service 2 weeks ago) but want to be able to move around more at home instead of just sitting to nurse all the time. Or at least sit and do something with both hands!
Love "ninja nurse"!
