questions to ask potential pediatrician

I'm a FTM so I've been trying to find a pediatrician in an area that I have only lived in for 1 1/2 years.  I asked some friends from college that were from the area originally for a few suggestions.  I just called and set up an appointment with a potential pediatrician.  So my questions for you are: What are some questions to ask the pediatrician?  What should I be looking for in the practice?

    I am a FTM but I guess you need to make sure that like their attitude and they you like their method of care.  Also, I personally want to know that me and my sick baby won't have to wait in the waiting room longer than we have to.

    Interested in what the BTDT moms have to say.
