1 boob or both?

I have always fed on one side due to forceful letdown and oversupply issues in beginning. At 13 weeks, my supply is regulated and my LO is pretty efficient during each feed at 8-10 minutes on only one side. He does seem not satisfied though after nursing on only one side recently as he will want to nurse again in another hour sometimes.

How do you decide whether to nurse on one or both sides? I'm going to start offering both sides but wasn't sure what other mommies do.

    I was told by my LC to offer both at each feeding. If she's not hungry she won't take it. I'm also dealing with OALD and OS at 7 weeks. I'm starting cabbage leaf compresses this week in hopes to regulate soon.
