I'm 37 and will be 38 when I deliver (our first). I've been really nervous about the increased risk of miscarriage, but now that we've seen a heartbeat (at 8 weeks) the risk goes wayyyy down and I'm so relieved. Now I just need to get through the genetic test, and assuming that goes well (likely - the risk of chromosomal problems is still less than 1% at this age), I figure I'm very healthy and not likely to have problems.

Also glad to see other over-35 ladies here!

I was 30 when DD was conceived and born. I was 33 1/2 when DS was born and turned 34 just before conceiving this one. I will be 34 when this one is born as well. I'm just praying it's close to term!
