Growth spurt or other?

DS is 3w 4d and just started to not let me put him down. .. ever. No matter how asleep he is. This makes for incredibly long nights. He may be eating a little more too...but not ravenously. The noticible change is definitely the clingyness. He Is also more crabby - crying more and fighting daytime sleep more. Can I hope this is the 3w growth spurt and it will pass soon and not that I've just entered weeks of sleepless hell?

    This is exactly what happened to us around the same time. It did pass but it was brutal. I ended up making myself a nest of blankets and pillows in my bed with lots of water and snacks and the TV remote. We camped out there for a few days and then it was over. Hang in there, mama!
