WWYD- birthday party and stomach bug

DS was invited to a birthday party tomorrow. We planned to go with dh as well. However, this afternoon dh came down with a nasty stomach bug. He has been pretty rough for the last few hours. I feel fine and ds seems good as well. DH is obviously out for the party but what about ds and I? I really want to go to the party but I also would t want anyone to get sick because of us. Would you go or quarantine the family just in case?
