@ home exercises

Gym membership isn't an option right now, but I want to start exercising at home. Can someone recommend free online videos I could use?

I'm looking for specific trainers or channels on YouTube, on demand, etc. I have chrome cast so I can play them on our large tv if it's on an app. Also, I need beginners stuff. I am VERY out of shape.

(I have enjoyed walking, yoga, pilates, & kickboxing in the past, but am open to trying new things.)

    I love Jillian Michaels. I own some of her DVD's, but I've heard you can find her workouts on YouTube as well.

    I downloaded the Fitnet app for my Ipad this past weekend and so far I love it. They have these light 5ish minute workouts and if you want to keep going you just continue on to part 2..then part 3 ..ect until you decide your done. They have everything from light workouts to strength training or yoga and all in varying intesities. Love it.

    YouTube has every single workout video imaginable on it; you can do Jillian Michaels, Billy Blanks, PopSugar Fitness, etc.

    www.bodyrock.tv  is great....totally free and short, high-intensity workouts so more bang for your buck in a shorter amount of time :)
