Just to clear up some confusion, I'm not completely uneducated. I have many resources, including my mother who had 5 children at home with NO prenatal care. I am not "betting" the life of my unborn child.
Rereading my original question now I can see why so many people think I'm an idiot, but I'm not. I meant this more as question as to how others progression is going. I know the header says, "should I be concerned?" because those in my family (the women) are all tiny below 5'2" and have weighed around 110 before pregnancy. I on the other hand am athletic and taller, have always been a thicker/muscular build. So I have no reference as to when someone that isn't tiny starts to show.
Way to be a bunch of aggressive jackasses. If I were really uniformed I wouldn't be going to a forum for actual advice, I have my mother and others I contact and a close family friend that is a midwife. It was late when I originally posted this question, so it wasn't exactly thought out on how it would sound. There was only ONE person that seems to have caught the actual meaning of my question.
And FYI, there are still many deaths with childbirth today due to irresponsible dr.s and forcing women to labor before they or the baby is actually ready. God made women to have children. End of story.
So your mom's idiot, you have to be one too?
If she didn't use car seats would you not use one either?

There’s a lightningin your eyes I can't deny Then there’s me inside a sinkingboat running out of time Without you I'll never make it out alive But I know, yes, I know we’ll be alright
A terrible storm came into a town and local officials sent out an emergency warning that the riverbanks would soon overflow and flood the nearby homes. They ordered everyone in the town to evacuate immediately.
A faithful Christian man heard the warning and decided to stay, saying to himself, “I will trust God and if I am in danger, then God will send a divine miracle to save me.”
The neighbors came by his house and said to him, “We’re leaving and there is room for you in our car, please come with us!” But the man declined. “I have faith that God will save me.”
As the man stood on his porch watching the water rise up the steps, a man in a canoe paddled by and called to him, “Hurry and come into my canoe, the waters are rising quickly!” But the man again said, “No thanks, God will save me.”
The floodwaters rose higher pouring water into his living room and the man had to retreat to the second floor. A police motorboat came by and saw him at the window. “We will come up and rescue you!” they shouted. But the man refused, waving them off saying, “Use your time to save someone else! I have faith that God will save me!”
The flood waters rose higher and higher and the man had to climb up to his rooftop.
A helicopter spotted him and dropped a rope ladder. A rescue officer came down the ladder and pleaded with the man, "Grab my hand and I will pull you up!" But the man STILL refused, folding his arms tightly to his body. “No thank you! God will save me!”
Shortly after, the house broke up and the floodwaters swept the man away and he drowned.
When in Heaven, the man stood before God and asked, “I put all of my faith in You. Why didn’t You come and save me?”
And God said, “Son, I sent you a warning. I sent you a car. I sent you a canoe. I sent you a motorboat. I sent you a helicopter. What more were you looking for?”
This is unrelated to the OP, but usually once you qualify for Medicaid during pregnancy, you remain covered for the duration even with income or insurance changes. Medicaid will act as a secondary insurance to your private insurance and will cover the deductible and other leftover costs. I had a job and insurance when I got pregnant with my daughter and over the course of pregnancy (due to moving and job changes for both of us) was at times insured and uninsured but Medicaid still covered me. I'd definitely double check on that!
Oh really? It was partly the fact that I acquired insurance and partly because I got a job and more than doubled our household income. I don't think we'd qualify anymore. I was honestly surprised we even did in the first place! But if not, our income was low enough that the hospital's financial assistance would give us a 100% discount. Seriously OP, I hope you're still reading and no excuses. Even if you never come back and post again, get yourself some kind of healthcare whether it's government assisted or whatever. It's really not as hard as some might think.
Feeling fine and actually being fine are two different things. I feel great and have regular prenatal care but at my anatomy scan they found a cyst on my babies brain. While he has no other markers of a serious condition it's still something to be noted and monitored. I am going in for a second anatomy scan to ensure that nothing has enlarged or that he still isn't showing any markers of Trisomy 18. I would have never known anything was potentially wrong if I weren't receiving prenatal care.
When I went for my a/s at 18w4d, I had only gained 4 lbs. I started my pregnancy at a healthy weight. My OB told me that it is recommended that women gain 5-15 lbs. in the first 20 weeks of pregnancy. Since I had a little over a week to gain one more pound, he wasn't remotely concerned about my weight. I'm not really showing at all, and I'm still wearing most of my regular clothes, but baby was very healthy at the a/s, and I have no reason to worry about my weight gain.
However, 18 lbs. of weight gain at 22w is actually quite a bit. It's good that you're feeling regular movement, but I agree with PPs. Definitely get in with a medical professional for some prenatal care.

Between the bolded and so many other statements made by the OP I fear I made a wrong turn on the internet and either traveled back in time or to a parallel universe. Perhaps I fell into a worm hole?

I honestly think that you are extremely ignorant. There are programs out there where you can get prenatal care. Planned Parenthood isn't for killing babies, in case you were wondering. There is also this whole Affordable Care Act thing that's pretty neat where you can get health care. Unless you think that Obama hates Christians and America. I think maybe a more affordable option for you would have actually been birth control. Not sure if you believe in that either. It's the Devil's work after all.
As you can see, I can't even take you seriously to give you advice you'd actually consider.
Once again, not having insurance is not an excuse. They have health departments that base your visit solely on your income. Go to one of those. You have not a clue if your baby is healthy or not. Your baby might need extra SPECIAL attention. Very important care... and s/he isn't getting it because his or her mother is a complete dipshit.
