We've had so many things "break" or go wrong in the last month and the last two weeks of work have been the worst. I'm so ready for vacation.
I have a recipe for broiled tilapia with roasted red pepper sauce from Fitness magazine that Hubz loves. It's super easy, too. Put jar of roasted red pepper including oil into processor, add bread crumbs, and seasoning. Process until smooth and warm on stove. Broil fish with your preferred seasoning. Serve over cous cous.

1. How many weeks are you?/How big is baby? (Fruit/Veggie) 25/cauliflower! I can't believe in less than a week my ticker will be down under 100 days. October seems both close and far away.
2. Symptoms, Rants, Cravings, Appointments? I am getting tired more easily, having trouble getting to sleep, and experiencing lower back/hip pain sometimes especially after walking a lot or doing much other physical activity.
I'm been craving non-water drinks, like lemonade and juice, and I'm craving dessert at night too--trying to satiate that with fruit most nights but last night I was laying in bed thinking "I want chocolate."
I got a really really bad stabbing pain last night when I was about to go to bed, on the right side of my abdomen, inside my hip. It's still kind of sore today I was almost in tears. I've been trying not to freak out about it.
3. GTKY: What's the best thing you (or your SO) have made for dinner recently? Hmm over the weekend I made pesto shrimp pasta and garlic bread. Yum!
1. How many weeks are you?/How big is baby? (Fruit/Veggie) 23 weeks - grapefruit
2. Symptoms, Rants, Cravings, Appointments? Ug, still the a/c not working in my house. It isn't too bad today and the next few days should be better but the humidity is suffocating me. I hate it. Also, still waiting for my follow up u/s next Friday. This pelvic rest thing is getting old. Finally, my back is really starting to get bad again. I went down to every other week chiropractor appointments and think I may need to go back to weekly. It sucks to be laying in bed and not able to roll over because moving brings tears to my eyes.
3. GTKY: What's the best thing you (or your SO) have made for dinner recently? We only make like 2 dinners a week (yay leftovers!) so I don't have a lot to go from, but I would say lasagna.
Baby girl is the size of a papaya/ear of corn. 22 weeks. So excited to meet her.
She kicks a lot for a full day, and then doesn't kick for 2 days. And it makes me anxious. I love feeling those kicks. Trying to have faith that everything is fine. It's hard when she doesn't kick though.
Being pregnant has me uttering..."this is the best thing I've ever eaten" every day. Food just tastes better (or significantly worse).

21 weeks/ pomegranate
2. Symptoms, Rants, Cravings, Appointments?
No symptoms, rants, or new cravings. Appointment is on Tuesday! I'll finally have the A/S done, fetal echo, and a cervix check then to the doctor to get all the results.
3. GTKY: What's the best thing you (or your SO) have made for dinner recently?
Anything with cheese is amazing in my book lol. I haven't made anything new recently.

1. How many weeks are you?/How big is baby? (Fruit/Veggie) 24 Weeks/Cantaloupe!
2. Symptoms, Rants, Cravings, Appointments? My pelvic bone aches so that has made exercising difficult this week. Instead, I'm just focusing on eating healthy which may or may not have actually happened. No appointments again for a couple weeks, but the next one will be my glucose test and I don't want to fail. And of course, I want to be healthy and LO be healthy as well
3. GTKY: What's the best thing you (or your SO) have made for dinner recently? I made pot roast last night with potatoes mixed with french onion soup mix...MMMMMMMM! It was delicious!
23 weeks-- grapefruit! And I watched a video last night of a baby who was born at 23 weeks and lived! She was tiny but it was crazy to see how she was a perfect little human with long kicking legs and everything. It made it easier to picture my baby girl. But I'm glad she's still cooking and hopefully not coming out anytime soon.
Symptoms-- Maybe Braxton Hicks? Charley horses. And the afternoon sleepies are starting to return, making me a crabby witch.
Cravings-- cold watermelon (satisfied!) and cold beer (unsatisfied!)
GTKY-- I keep thinking about the baked potato I made for lunch the other day. Topped it with butter, shredded chicken, cheese and salsa. So good.
