Wednesday workouts

Done! Was a bit of a struggle, my chest hurts a bit. Why am I always sick? It seems like this school year I have gotten sick more than ds, like he is just bringing the germs home as a gift.

  • The plan is a 2 mile run at lunch and then yoga tonight. It's going to be 91 degrees by lunch so the run may have to be on a treadmill which means it's probably won't happen. I really should get up early and run to avoid that.
  • I started working out again yesterday! I did 20 minutes on the elliptical during my lunch break. It felt so good. We are going to do it every day!

  • Just got home from an hour long bike ride. It was warm out there!

  • I didn't get to do my run yesterday so I did a 30 minute Fitness Blender cardio workout instead. Fingers crossed I can run tonight. I surprised myself with how disappointed I was not to do it yesterday. I think I might actually be starting to enjoy it. Somewhat, because damn that shit sucks in the moment, but I feel so good once it's done.

    Yesterday's workout was great. I skipped this morning, am off of work on a personal day, went to a concert last night, so I "slept in" this morning. 6:45, woo-hoo!

    I am in a bit of a funk today that I can't seem to shake. Wtf

  • I decided against running outside yesterday because of the heat. I did intervals on the treadmill instead. I skipped out on the yoga last night and drank lots of wine instead.

    The plan for today is a 2 mile walk and to actually do yoga this evening.
