AFM- I'm almost feeling normal again. Labs came back fine yesterday. All is good except my liver is still wonky. I'm assuming it's from all the extra fluid it's working overtime. The doc said not to worry. I've peed out 12lbs so far. 13 more to go. We are looking at starting the FET process in 2 months and I can't wait!!
@Katib77 Sending you positive thoughts and vibes-- hopefully your beta will be a nice surprise.
I can be moved to stimming finally! Day 3 of stims, and going in tomorrow for some monitoring.
QOTD: We went out for Ice Cream at Dairy Queen and then went to the movies to see Employee of the Month on a Wednesday night in October at like 9:30pm (so romantic, haha). I was trying so hard not to tell any of my friends about my date because I didn't want to jinx it, but two of our good friends ended up walking into the empty theatre! I knew he was the one pretty quickly. By Thanksgiving he was meeting my family and my mom told me later she started a wedding fund after meeting him

My big news is that I'M FINALLY BACK HOME!!!!!!!!!! That was the longest two weeks ever. Only reason I'll have to go back is if this cycle fails and I need to do a FET (or for future FETs IYKWIM). Otherwise I'm 2dp6dt and I've decided that the cramping I'm having is the little embie snuggling in. Will start testing in a few days, as soon as it doesn't make me want to smack myself.
QOTD: We have different answers. Mine: when we had lunch and took a long walk on a beautiful day. We sat under a tree and he read me a Mary Oliver poem he said me him think of me. He denies that he viewed this as a date. (?!?!?!) His: A two-night backpacking trip, just the two of us. Long date! We realized when we were half an hour away that neither of us brought food (miscommunication), so we went to a gas station and improvised. Not sure what that says about our relationship.
ETA: Forgot the second part of my own question! I didn't know right away. I was coming off a really bad break up and thought I was pretty well broken. Glad I was wrong!

Beta came back at 339. Second beta on Thursday.
QOTD: My first date was a blind date and my last blind date...lol. I cancelled on him 3 times because I was throwing up and sick but finally decided to still meet him because I just wanted this to be over with! It actually went well despite the fact I couldn't drink to calm my nerves. That was a first!! No I didn't think I would marry him at that moment. That came after a few more dates.

Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive. Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)
DE IVF #1 (4/26) BFN DE FET #1 (6/4) BFP! Beta 1=339 Beta 2=852 Beta 3=9957 EDD 2/22/15!!
I'm 6dp5dt today, tested and got a BFN. The only positive HPT I've seen was at 12/13 DPO so I'm not going to count myself out just yet. I've been much happier testing this time. Beta or bust was good for my first cycle but I'd rather have the time to process negative results on my own vs on the phone with my RE. Plus my beta is Saturday and we have active plans that I'd like to keep! I don't really feel any symptoms other than being tired in the afternoons from the progesterone.
Not sure what the plan is if this doesn't work. It's technically our second cycle (IVF #2 we never made it to transfer, just ER) but I'm worried about the effect these drugs/hormones may have on me over time. It's also so frustrating to get 12 eggs retrieved and only one blast (we had none our first cycle). I guess the only answer we have is that we are really super duper infertile! (Can we get a cape or special logo for that?)

I'm loving all the positive action, BFPs and PUPOs. My heart breaks for those who are not as fortunate. AFM, my anxiety is up today, as tonight, Stim day 7, I increase my Follistim to 425 (that's a lot!) and add in my first dose of Ganirelix. Ganirelix to me signals the countdown to ER, which is always the worst part for me. (I hate being put under.)
On the up side, I have been off the Estrace for a couple days now, and my morning nausea, weepiness, and general crappy feelings have disappeared. I hope that was the cause so I never have to do that again!

I can't recall a "real" first date. We've been together since college days, so we just kinda started hanging out and then hooking up and then we moved in together! When we first met, I don't think there was much of an initial attraction for either of us. But once we fell, we were all in!

RE recommends we stop trying and focus on living childless, due to the extremely poor quality of my eggs.

BFP! Out of nowhere, I got KU the old fashioned way! POAS 1/26/14 - Positive! FDLM 12/30/13. Beta #1 16dpo= 373. Beta #2 18dpo= 801. EDD 10/6/14
2/4/14 1st U/S revealed a 5wk2day sac but no fetal pole. Started 200mgs of progesterone suppositories daily
2/11/14 2nd U/S revealed a perfect 6wk1day "diamond ring" embryo with a beating heart! 138bpm! Add 1mg folic acid and 40mg Lovenox
2/25/14 3rd U/S: perfect 8w1d embryo, 178bpm. 3/6 start spotting. 3/11 10w1d U/S shows no heartbeat. Scheduling D&C. The Stork has forsaken me again.
IVF #5.2: New in-state RE. Supplement priming for 1.5 cycles prior to start of cycle, including DHEA 50mg (stopped 5/15), CoQ10 200mg 2x/day, L-Arginine- 1000mg 2x/day (stopped 6/5 due to cold sore!), myo-inositol- 2g 2x/day, melatonin- 3mg, and Neevo (prenatal for MTHFR).
5/16/14 Day 2 bw cycle prior: FSH- 12.22, E2- 38.37, Prog- 1.35, LH- 9.46. 6/2/14 Day 19 bw: Prog- 23
6/12/14 Baseline: E2- 122.7, Prog- 0.4. 5 follicles in left, 4 follicles in right. Start stims: 375IU Follistim & 150IU Menopur. 6/19 Increase Follistim to 425IU, Menopur still 150IU. 6/18 add Ganirelix. 6/23 Ovidrel trigger SQ. 6/25 ER: 8R, 8M, 5F naturally. Start Medrol & Doxy. 6/26 Start Endometrin. 7/2 Start Lovenox.
7/8/14 Beta= 137.4 BFP!!! (My first from IVF!) E2- 1109, Prog- >60. Stop CoQ10, myo-inositol, and melatonin. 7/9 2nd Beta= 281.4. TSH- 2.70. Increasing Synthroid to 100mcg daily. 7/24 6w3d u/s measured 6w3d, hb: 121bmp! 8/5 8w1d u/s measured 8w3d, hb: 164bpm! Graduated from RE to OB. Now I just need to find an OB!

Today I am PUPO! Our 2 blasts thawed beautifully and the transfer went smoothly! I did my meditation and acupuncture today and am happy to have a day off to relax and enjoy the possibilities
QOTD: DH and I met via a mutual friend, but were long distance and starting talking over AIM in college. When we first met in person we had been chatting for several weeks online and we went bowling and out for ice cream. I am a fairly introverted person, especially around men, and I felt completely at ease with DH. That was pretty huge in my book so I knew it was something special right away.

Unfortunately this cycle ended in a BFN. Although my husband and I still have to talk a little more, unless he has a change of mind, we are at the end of our journey.
I am heartbroken beyond words and have been crying off and on all day.
Every other time I've had a loss or a negative result, we were planning to try again. Now knowing this is more than likely the end... All the weight and sadness of the losses I've had and the journey this has been just comes back to me ten fold it feels like.
I'm sorry I wasn't much of a support here - and I thank you so much for all the support you all have shown me.
