Is or has anyone dealt with this? LO seems to be crying for large amount if time during the day (if she's awake theirs a 80% chance she's crying). She also gets really upset when she poops and has a had a slight amount of mucus in her stool.
When I brought this up to our pediatrician she suggested that it could be a Milk Soy Protein Intolerance and asked me to cut out all Milk and Soy from my diet for 2 weeks to see if she improves. She also suggested adding a probiotic and gas drops.
Im looking for any moms that have been through this and what advice you might have.

Teddy grahms and icing are a great sweet tooth fix!
If you are cooking or baking, substitute rice milk for savory things and plain almond milk for sweet things

The same goes for things like yogurt. They sell lactose free yogurt, but you will need to get coconut milk yogurt or almond milk yogurt if you wanted that.
