Lets start another one...

Vent - As I said in my bitchfest...World Cup...so over it....Yesterday during the USA game, was just bad...I don't mind the TV...but you are at work...so do not be sitting there in the back, like you are at home...No need for that.

Random - My foster pug, Buddy, may FINALLY be getting a forever home...He has been passed over 3x already. A older couple in their 80's want to adopt him. I think it would be the perfect home for him. Hopefully the rescue approves them(should not be an issue, they have adopted from us once before) and he can move to his forever home where he can be loved on like he deserves.

AW - LO has learned to wave on command now. She also says Ma Ma Ma when she wants me...melts my little heart....Oh and she can stand unassisted for close to 10sec....walking will be happening very soon...

    Vent - I'm getting so sick of people asking me when I'm going to wean LO. It's not any of their business and doesn't concern them at all. I'd be fine if it was a question out of curiosity. I don't appreciate the judgment that some have when asking.

    Random - might be going back to work teaching 2 mornings a week starting in the fall. Mixed feelings because I know I'll miss LO, but excited to teach again.

    AW - LO is clapping and cruising. Little man is growing fast.

    Vent: thanks for the preachy Jesus book, FIL! Just because we couldn't make it to church with you on Fathers Day, does not make us heathens. Back the fuck off.

    Random: I have an interview today, this is actually the 3rd interview for this entry level position. Seems a little overkill and I don't know what to wear. :(

    Vent: We're going to a concert tonight, and I have nothing to wear because I've packed up all of my clothes to make our house look uncluttered so that it can sell. Can I wear an old 5K T-shirt and yoga pants with the hole in the crotch?

    Random: The TV sitcom thread got me thinking about this -- is anyone else watching Playing House on USA? That show is freaking funny!

    AW: Got nothin' to whore.

    Well a follow up to my vent....Seems we had our TV taken away today at work, and not because of the soccer watching. Guess there was some incident that happened. The director basically made the comment that if I come to that office and see anyone watching TV, I am sending them home. So to prevent any mishaps and misunderstanding, we pulled the TV until the smoke clears a bit...Damn, now everyone has to work....or just watch it on their phones....

    Vent: I'm super tired. I tossed and turned so much last night, it was so hot upstairs. I'm don't want to keep the window open because I'm (probably unnecessarily) worried about bugs getting in through the screen and because in the early morning the flippin' crows start making a racket. I'm plotting their demise....

    Random: I attended a wake yesterday for my uncle's father. I didn't know him well but I wanted to be there to pay respect and be supportive. The wife was sitting in the front row of chairs looking at her husband in the casket and I thought to myself I don't know how I'll ever be able to hold it together when (a LONG time from now!) H passes away. I'll have to be sedated or something.

    AW: LO is beautiful and smart. I could go into all the reasons why, but it would be a big list!

    Vent: I'm so sick of work. I just want to stay home with J all day. :( 

    Random: I LOVE thunderstorms. We had some pretty intense ones last night and I get all giddy watching them. 

    AW: J had his last swim class last night. DH took some videos and by rewatching them you can tell he's going to be a little fish. He kicks so good! :)

    Vent: we've been moving non stop since Saturday. I'm exhausted. My ILs are here to help & they're great with DS1 but I'm still doing most of the care for DS2. Can I tell you how hard it is to move, unpack, organize with a baby crawling around and getting into everything???!!!! My poor H has taken the brunt of the move and he is just spent. Thank GOD the sitter is coming today.

    Random: this is the first time I've lived in a 2-story house since high school. When will my legs get used to it?

    AW: DS1 is really into puzzles suddenly and is putting 25 piece puzzles together all by himself. I'm so proud. :)

    @janneann1127 How did everything go with the babysitter? Did you or your H talk to her or start something different or did you end up getting a new one? Sorry if you already mentioned it elsewhere! I was just curious :)

    Well with everything going on and changing, we decided that we will hold off on getting a new sitter for the time being. I would like to switch but right now is just a bad time, plus D is starting to get major separation anxiety and he actually seems happy with our current sitter, so I don't want to mess with that right now. Last time she was here I was a little more specific with what I wanted her to do and she did it, so my plan at present is to just give her more instruction. I may find a new person once the new school year starts in September. Thanks for asking!! :)

    Vent: Homework is taking over my life! Seriously I am only taking two classes this summer but they are SO MUCH WORK! All I did for 4 days straight was homework and study. Thank goodness for MIL and my sister. DH was shooting a wedding and was busy all weekend so my sister came to watch LO while I did all this damn class work. MIL helps too but goodness I thought this summer would be easy! 

    Random: Since DH has been doing a bunch of fun activities lately (golfing, going to golf tourneys, photographing weddings) my sister and I are going to go to the local amusement park for a day of fun sometime in the next few weeks! :) She has been helping me a lot lately so I want to thank her, plus I need some girl time! 

    AW: All I have is some awesome 10 month photos of L but I already shared in HDBD thread. ;)
