So Cooper has started saying boobies. A lot. We are trying to away her to saying chest instead. It's embarrassing when she grabs my chest or points at hubby's grandmother yelling BOOOOOOBIES! I don't know where she heard the word but I'm over it. It's not a bad word. Just one that I dont want her saying so much.
Her teacher warned me that a little girl in her class (Coopers daycare BFF) calls her private parts TWAT. So if Cooper says twat that's where it came from.
Twat seems like a very inappropriate word to teach your child?? I understand "vagina" cause that's what it is..but twat?? Let's hope she doesn't point at grandma yelling that one. I would die
So my question is, have your tods picked up any embarrassing or bad words ??
Re: Inappropriate words
Funny story: I worked with a kiddo who couldn't say /f/ or /sh/, so whenever we played my fish game, he told everyone, "I peed the piss." Pretty funny, because I'm a 8-yr-old boy at heart. I don't laugh at all the kids' speech issues
we taught her boobie "Bee boos"
We say privates but nothings caught on.
When we fart its a toot and she calls it a boot.
she used to say shit, but stopped. because we started saying oh my. now when she means shit she says oh my lol
