Spotting and early scan ugh update

This is like déjà vu and not a good kind. I started experiencing light spotting- pinkish brown- Sunday night through today. It's not heavy, it's barely surfacing on my panty liner but I know it's there when I swab myself. Sorry tmi. No cramping though but that's not comforting. I've had a miss before with zero cramping and only light spotting assumed to be normal. Ugh
I am a bit over 5 weeks I think- I should be measured today. I had a beta done last Monday at 201 and then repeated yesterday at 2262 so my beta rise is actually on track. My boobs are still sore and my nipples look very unusual haha. Hopefully this is just normal spotting in early pregnancy. Thoughts and prayers please!
Update: we saw a gestational sac and a yolk sac. Everything looked normal except I am out of range in terms of measuring which they explained means I am less than 5 weeks. The nurse said this was on par with my LMP. Also, I apparently have a "large hemorrhagic cyst" on my right ovary with can be a cause of the spotting. Goody. They're going to schedule a repeat in a week or so.
