Update: I lost the baby early this am

I haven't mentioned my pregnancy here because there are so many ladies here who have recently had losses and I didn't want to hurt them.
I'm really struggling. I will be 9 weeks on Mon. I had two ultrasounds. One at 4w5d (to confirm a uterine pregnancy) and one on 6w3d where there was a heartbeat. I had some clotting and bleeding this morning & I've been bleeding ever since. My doctor said he'll work me in 1st thing Monday for an US (unless I start bleeding really heavy or have pain)...but I'm really worried something's not right.
My EDD from my first pregnancy is this week too.
