Assuming the link works, it's a link to a Nurse-in in NYC in response to Wendy Williams and others spouting ignorance about nursing in public as they talk about the lady who breastfed at her graduation and posted a picture on Instagram.

    Someone posted the original story on D13, some of those comments were truly ignorant and hurtful. I'm ready to go to a nurse-in somewhere in protest. I'll have to bring my pump though, haha!

    I haven't been around here much lately, so I wondered if it had been discussed.

    I don't know, it's just so old to me. It's the same discussion every time there is any NIP "controversy." Never any new argument against it, and it always devolves into someone saying "but I don't crap/pee/have sex in public!!1!" and thinking they are oh so original.

    Hmmm. I don't really buy that argument. I can't think of a great analogy. But I don't get offended or feel like people are being unsupportive of straight marriage when they get rah rah about gay marriage.
    It's a matter of right and wrong, not whether or not it applies to you.
