Hi everyone, and thank you for all your posts. I have been reading this forum for a while and everything here is so helpful! My story....I'm 33, DH is 36. I stopped taking BC in 2009 after finishing grad school. We weren't trying trying, but it would have been fine if it happened then 
Clearly it didn't happen.... Started trying in earnest (tracking temp, OPK) 2 years ago. Took a while to get referred to an RE and life got in the way a little bit, we started with my RE (who I LOVE) in January. We skipped oral meds and went straight to injectables, at his recommendation. Our plan was for 3 IUI and then move IVF if necessary. DH has mild MFI....low-ish count, low-ish mobility. He's currently taking FertileAid, vit D and C. Everything looks good with me..bloodwork, HSG, etc. My RE phrased it, "you have the ovaries of a 23 year old" lol. This is where we're at so far:
IUI #1 on 3/15/14: 150iu follistim daily, turns out that's WAY too high of a dose for me. 6 mature follicles on CD6, lining 2.4. Did the IUI anyway knowing the chances were extremely small that it would work. Didn't work
Second cycle cancelled due to multiple cysts. Took time off until they were cleared up.
IUI #2 5/9/14: 100iu follistim for 3d then dropped to 75iu daily. 3 follicles; 18mm, 18mm and 20mm, lining 7.6. Trigger with Ovidrel on CD9, IUI on CD11, AF (I know what this is referring to, but what does that actually stand for??) on day 23. Didn't even make it to my beta test
IUI #3 5/31/14: 75iu follistim daily. 4 good follicles, 25mm, 19mm and two 18mm and one trailing 14mm, lining 9.0. Trigger with Ovedril on CD10, IUI on CD12. Beta is scheduled for 6/13 so I'm just waiting....if this one doesn't take I'm not sure if I'm ready to go to IVF or if we should do one more IUI, since everything went wrong with the first one. We have an appointment to talk about next steps set up for 6/16

HSG- all clear
March 2014 - RE appt.
April 2014- Saline sono all's good, terrible SA results - 8 sperm found all abnormal
May 2014- Fert Urology- Bilateral varicoceles, recommend Donor Sperm
12/2014- Surprise natural BFP EDD 7/31/15 Plan: Starting foster to adoption, natural cycles

We've been working on baby #1 since July 2013 using Open ID donor sperm. 8 IUI attempts with 5 actual IUIs and one chemical pregnancy. We have one fresh IVF cycle under our belts as well as a FET. I have endometriosis and a uterine septum that was corrected via surgery in November 2013.
11/14/14 - Second HSG shows that tubes are still clear and ute is looking good.
12/6/14 - Started BCPs in prep for IVF #2
12/22/14 - Saline u/s and endometrial scratch (All was clear and OUCH!)
1/2/15 - Began stimming for IVF #2

All infection disease and immunity blood tests NORMAL
FIRST IUI May 2014: 100 mg Clomid days 5-9, third ultrasound CD 13 revealed four follicles 27, 24 and 20 and 13mm. Trigger shot May 28 with IUI May 29 and 30 (fingers crossed) - BFN started spotting 11DPO
IUI #2 B2B 6/23 and 6/24, three mature eggs and 130 million sperm! FX this is the month! BFN 7/8
3rd cycle benched due to cysts - TI with OPK tests - BFN
3rd mediated cycle: Clomid+Trigger+TI (three follies left side, one on right as usual....what the hell right ovary get it together and produce some damn follicles!) 7DPO progesterone level 43 with NO suppositories YAY for a natural strong ovulation. Beta canceled started spotting 13DPO - Third time is not a CHARM! 14 day cycle WTF! Everything looks normal - RE wants to start injectables next cycle so this cycle I'm benched
Officially benched until March....but still plan on trying the baking soda douche due to my excessive and thick CM
