I was on CD 31 - figured "why not?" and there was the line!

I was charting my temps, but have had a terrible cough, so I put no faith in the temps I was recording because of being up half the night coughing, for like a week.

Another charter. Temp looked good, looked like I'd had an ovulation dip, it was 11 DPO and I had a dollar store test laying around, so why not, was theoretically possible to be positive. And was it ever.

It was my turn to clean the litter box. By my calculations, I was only 7 dpo and totally expected a bfn. It was a bfp right away. I'm thinking now that I was more like 9 dpo.

I started waking up early and not being able to go back to sleep. Then i had 3 days of super bad anxiety and i almost ripped my husband a new one. I was so crabby i went to grocery story to get prescriptions and when i walked thru the family planning aisle it hit me what could be wrong... I actually bought the test assuming it would be negative but figured i needed to make sure so i didnt keep taking migraine meds.

I was 12dpiui.. I figured it would be negative but I had one more test to waste bf buying a new pack. Plus my skin was breaking out really bad which was unusual.. I turned around and immediately saw a double line! I'm still in shock!

There was a coupon for pregnancy tests at CVS and, since we weren't preventing anymore, I thought I should have a few around just in case. When I got home, I felt the need to pee and something made me think taking a test was a good idea even though I was expecting AF that day and was only bloated (which is common for me before AF). Completely did not expect it to be positive and had a "oh holy shit" moment. Even something you've been talking/dreaming about for years can take you completely by surprise when it finally happens :x

The ironic thing is I only took my first test because it said "expires 05/14" I took it on day 29 of my cycle ... I figured I might as well pee on it if I have to throw it out anyways..

I threw it out without looking at it *I currently have a 10 mo ds who was waking up* and went back 4 hrs later during nap time and looked again at it... then I saw it. The faint 2nd line... needless to say a couple more definitive tests later and here I am! EDD 02/03/15.

My husband and I were away for the weekend celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary on Sunday. I realized friday that my period hadn't come yet so i just packed a bunch of tampons and was a little disappointed it was going to mess up our beach trip.

By saturday i realized i was on cd33 and i normally have 31 day cycles. So i just figured i had a longer cycle. But when i woke up on Sunday with still no sign of aunt flo i was a bit confused. I told my husband I was 3 days late and on our way back from dinner we stopped for a test because we were planning on going to the bar that night and wanted to make sure i could drink.

I took the test in the bathroom of our hotel room with my husband waiting for me. It immediately shows a bright "plus sign"! I just sat there crying for a few minutes. Finally I went out holding the test and my husband was laying there making a joke trying to figure out from the look on my face what the verdict was. And thats when i started crying and said "You're going to be a Daddy!" and i crawled on the bed next to him and he's like "what? really?" and i gave him the test and he was totally shocked and in disbelief! And then he's finally like "well happy anniversary" lol! I had been off birth control for 6 months and we weren't trying- we just werent preventing! I was totally not expecting this!

We were ttc and AF was due the morning I got the BFP. I had peed on all the other sticks, and I had a couple left. I woke up at 6 am (not normal!) and decided to test. After a few days of BFN, it was a clear BFP! Didn't wake hubby up right away, I took a second test a few hours later before church, then told him the news!

Ladies - I'm over here teary-eyed by all of these stories. Yay for us!

I couldn't wait for my missed period anymore. Tried for 2 years and had a mc 6 months ago, I even had it upside down this time while it processed because I was sure it was negative. Flipped it over and 3 days before af there was my faint positive!

No idea what I was thinking. By my calculations, I was either 8 DPO or 5 DPO and planned on holding out for another week. Then in a flash of impulsivity I grabbed my last available wondfo, fully expecting a stark white BFN. I almost threw it in the trash after a minute, then decided to wait and check in 5 minutes just in case. Undeniable line! I was completely shocked. Drank some water and took a FRER 15 minutes later, and again, undeniable line. Not even a squinter.

I went off birth control in January but we weren't really trying that hard. This cycle was the first time we hit more than one day in my FW - or what I think was my FW - my chart was all dotted lines and no crosshairs because I missed a bunch of days temping.

My periods are always on time, but I just got off nuvaring, so I wasnt surprised to see a negative a day late. I had suspicious symptoms (sore nipples, cramping, general feeling of something was off) a few wks ago. I even went to the gyno bc I thought something was wrong lol. When my period still didn't show up this week, decided to test again. Got my second positive today!

I kept burping haha, had heartburn, and was feeling bloated and nauseas...and i was falling asleep at my desk. None of this is normal for me. 3 days after my missed period i tested and got 3 positives!
