DS2 doesn't drink much...advice?

DS2 on average drinks about 4-5 oz (on a good day) of milk mixed with water.  If I give him water in his sippy he takes a sip and spits it out.  This is the only way I can get water in him.

I try to supplement with applesauce and baby food and other watery foods, but even when we were at the zoo in 90 degree heat, he only drank about 5 oz all day.

He hates juice of all kinds.  I've tried all sorts of sippys and they all produce the same results.

Any suggestions?

    Popsicles? Like homemade ones made with fruit juice (which you could water down, add yogurt to, etc)?

    maybe I'll try making him fruit slush. He's not a popsicle man, but frozen sounds like a good idea!
